What a lovely genuine lady Sheila E is. I've always thought that her and Prince were a perfect couple. It's a shame that they broke up but great that they stayed good friends. They both shared a passion for music and both had a lot of respect for each other.
Its so hard, Prince was LOVED so much by us all. I feel for Sheila right, she was one of the ppls that knew him quite well. Prince will live in our hearts and memory forever!!! LONG LIVE PRINCE IN OUR HEARTS FOREVER!!! WE MISS YOU!!!
He was always surrounded by the best musicians! Love them all! So sad! My heart with Sheila E. and family We loved him in Puerto Rico!! HE will Always be ALIVE!!
thank youuuuuuu Wendy. my 21 yr old who's 17 hours away called to check on me. coz she knows how much her mommy LOVES Prince & brought her & her lil sister up jammin' to Prince.
+Coach Tonya Young this is such a tragedy ! we have lost so many special artists , Prince's passing has affected so many people so deeply . he had so much to say about life , about this world . the great thing was he was never afraid to speak his mind. God bless him !
Wendy Burke every1 that i've spoken 2 about his music. Is saying Coach. U r right. His songs are telling a story. Duuuuuuhhhh? I know my music. 😄 u enjoy the BEAT, but listen to the words💋
@John Galt Dough He did get the surgery in 2010. Apparently his other hip, his hands, wrists and back were also causing pain at various times. Another surgery wasn't discussed at all. Plus, he might have just been a bit bummed and sad about lots of stuff. Read the investigative reports.
Stay strong sister, you will bounce back from this even stronger. You are also one of the greatest artists of all time. Long live sister Sheila E. I love that woman to infinity.
+lol whatever ! How do you dare to utter such a thing ? Don't you understand he just became infallible ? ,..part of the holy trinity even.... But yeah,,....a legend all the same.....
I feel that Shelia an Prince were soul mates. Both of them had so much talent. She wants to keep Prince legency.I hope the family will not lose his music or sell it to the wrong people.Much love the purple one.
+Coach Tonya Young Sometimes it's so hard to believe at first one becomes numb, and then numbness gradually leads to delayed emotion. It's going to be hard to get use to for a very long time.
+Brenda Robinson.. The truth...Losing a loved one is the most devastating loss..Lost my oldest daughter in 2002..To this day, I think about her daily and still miss her....Time will help, the intense grief and longing has lifted...Still, her lost still hurts...I do have hope, one day our Creator will stop all the pain, suffering and death..
I understand. My parents are both deceased. My mom passed of bone cancer back in 1988. My dad just 5 years ago this June. There are others too. Prince is the only celebrity that's impacted me in a big way since his passing (I'm sure for many others too) than even Michael Jackson or any of the others, although David Bowie is pretty close.
When I first heard about his death, Sheila E was the first person I thought of because they were so close for so many years. May Prince Rest in Paradise. God has another Angel.
He was so committed to his ART. His life was ART and it reflected in his presence and well being. He did not show off his material items for gain or fascination. He tried to help others with his gift and by doing that he did what he was put here to do. I hope Sheila E. the best as she comes to terms with his demise from this life and I hope she knows she will get to meet him again one day if she is faithful.
. Prince when he left his body his soul went back where he came from he went back home and stand as a positive Focus energy as source because we all vibration that people that live in a vibrational planet believe it
Sheila, please know that he will always be with you, later when all is said & done you will find a quiet moment where the presence of your loved one is present & unmistakable because you know them. Crossing over to the other side is not the end it is where we came from & returning is a great joy because all the BS we endured here is gone, no pain, none just joy ! We are all just visiting this plane & do not remember we are truly Spirit Beings in body's & once body is gone we return to Spirit!! All my Love to you and all who had the privilege of knowing him!
No stupid rumours will convince me that he died of an intentional drug overdose. If an overdose occurred I believe it was an accident. Why are so many people hell bent on tarnishing his reputation? And I also believe his cause of death (despite me being very curious) should be kept private if that is what his loved ones want. Prince gave so much of himself to us for so long that i think he earned this right to privacy and respect. May the Purple One Rest In Peace and may his legacy live on in with the incredible music he left us with.
+Mys I'd like to agree but would you still feel that way if you knew one of his heirs had something to do with his demize? Not sayin so but.... when $$$$ is in the picture anything is possible. Might be a reason he didn't have a will, not wanting to put that out to the universe. Still I wonder how long will they wait to see if one turns up? just sad all around.
Yvette Givens .Yes it was so very sad he died all alone .I will never get it The dam doctors give out Vicodin out like a candy to handy I will always miss that little guy He reminded me of my dad so little in stature.but didn't know they were small guys .God gave him the voice heard all over the world I just love his music I listen to him many times I don't know which I like best probably Raspberry. B so many well I can say all of them What a artist .
What a sweet woman, Prince's biggest loss in life was not marrying this little lady, she had a genuine love for him and I don't think he fully got it else he would've kept her till the end and I'm convinced she would've helped him through the hard times, Sheila, you are Amazing !
its a doggy dog world. She said the pain killers were rumors. He was a spiritual vegan, was against narcotics and profanity. Prince was such of a perfectionist, he wouldn't do such a irresponsible thing to impair his talent period! He loved his craft, his friends and fans. He always spoke about the future generation and the light he wanted to see them in
+Camille Sydnor Exactly! Just because somebody was known a certain way in their past doesn't mean it's their future smh. I am on the same page as you. As responsible and aware as Prince was I'm not going to rely on the media to tell me what happened. Something is suspicious and it's very sad.
Prince your An Angel now May you be in Peace and Fly with your guitar ..You where such beautiful Soul...WE WILL MISS YOU SO MUCH... May God give family & Shelia strength May God be with you all ...us Fans Thank you for giving us Updates
+KD S I met Prince once, and I was 13 at the time, I'm 18 now. He was the sweetest thing and the most chill person you would ever meet. He's very religious and passionate about it too. I wish I could meet him again--I was actually going into the entertainment business because of that "meet and greet." Even at 13 I had a crush on him. I remember telling him that his music was like having a best friend who understood me better than I understood myself. I will never forget that weekend. I met him by accident and it was the best thing that could have happened to me. Anyone close to Prince is blessed to have been friends with this man. I hate how the news (TMZ) is trying to depict him as a druggie when he wasn't about that life. He was a vegan and a Jehovah's Witness. Good JWs don't do that type of stuff. RIP Prince. We miss you down here, sweetheart. You were gone too soon. Gosh, I'm crying.
Master Mystic it's weird, I'm not from this country but my family is and my mother's side lives not far from Paisley Park and at the time I wasn't really caring that much about seeing a celebrity, I'm not that type of person in general but as I was thoroughly shocked to see him standing in the parking lot, just looking around and quiet I screamed but no one else seemed to care. My mom allowed to me walk out of the store I was in and he saw me walk right up to him and smile. He is a small man and was my height. he said, "Hi." I said,"You're Prince." "I am." "You are my favourite singer ever." "Thank you." "I just wanted to see you." "Thank you." Then he asked where my mother was and I pointed to the store front window and he nodded to her, then looked at me. "You should probably go back to your mother." "I will, but I want to tell you that I think you are very pretty." He laughed and looked at me and said thank you. He asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up, I responded "a doctor" and he smiled again and nodded, telling me to do just that. I told him that I learned to play the piano, violin, and guitar by listening to his songs and that I really depended on them to get through this thing called life (which made him chuckle.) He told me that if I became a doctor who was a musician, I would be great. I remember him telling me to keep up the good work and if I go into the entertainment business and we meet again, remind him of this conversation. At the end of it, he shook my mother's hand who came out to get me and I never saw him after that
@1:28s "This is what it sounds like when the dones cry!" Prince is so BEAUTIFUL! He inspires me to be as beautiful the way I want without caring about what others may think. Sheila is one of his protege's that spent the most time with him throughout their careers musically. #DynamicDuo
PLEASE; Please. The Talk Show Hopping Has To STOP.Respect #PRINCE. This Is What He Hated, Gossip Talk Shows Invading His Personal Life. SHEILA, Cherish His Memory, Stop Giving Interviews, Please. PRINCE R.I.P.
thank you miss cookie!!!!! I say the same thing...I know she loved him but she needs to stop...if she really knew him she would know he couldn't stand all this talk about his personal bizness!!! show the love show the respect by being silent...his legacy to us is his music...
+MISSCOOKIE41 I am really tired of her "grieving widow" act. She really needs to quit talking. I feel like his truest friends are the ones who are not talking at all or saying very little. It just needs to stop. It's too early for this.
+antij1 "grieving widow act"? seriously? and what super private knowledge did she convey? That he had hip problems a long time ago? We knew that already, so no harm done. Note how she reacts to another question with "... as of right now, they're just rumours" JUST rumours, meaning she doesn't hold rumours in high esteem herself. The idea that she would be 'faking' het grief is completely ludicrous, sorry. Be mad at that interviewer who clearly was going for the 'tear moment' with that last question....
we will see him again! "Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out, those who did good things to a resurrection of life," ! John 5:28,29
I love how they tried to imply drug use or pain dependency by getting her to confirm it but she neatly said first I heard of it on the news today, so dignified. She didnt gossip monger just told the fact as they are without any embellishing really hate how those shitty reporters try to twist shit into something.
I remember a recent comment from Sheila E. in an interview that she said she knew in her heart what happened with Prince. They had a very strong bond and connection. My heart goes out to her...
+peachycalmable Some people avoid making a will because they fear if they fear if they have a will, they'll die. A superstition. I dunno. Maybe he thought he would never die . . .
I agree. WHY did he not or why would he not have A Will With his worth and knowing his worth in death WOULD Rise and who knows plus I watched an interview with Prince. He said he HAS at least if not more then 1000. Records all finished. Just have to put them in the stores. Well has to get into the factory and make CD's etc... But imagine the $ Value on that ?? My God plus his 65,000 square foot Paisley Park and other homes. Plus the furnishings in paisley Park ! Gold & Diamonds. Guitars. Pianos. Other homes the list goes on and on No cars Since Prince did not drive But How about him riding the Bike in purple Rain. -- stunt driver Maybe SORRY POINT Is. With All that , WHY would he. It have A Will ?????? Not bright if he didn't. Now it's a fight for what he had bought and paid for during his life. To be fought over by family he seldom saw !! That is Life. I suppose. Prince RIP
3 months will be 5 years ago....still hard to process. Time has shown Sheila to be a True friend & one who deeply loved him. She never really delved into what was personal about him no matter what she knows. I think that's a Real friend. 💜
Pain killed Prince. His out of control physical pain led to an accidental overdose. I had a doctor once say to me that nobody ever died from pain - but he was wrong. I had been told by specialists almost ten years earlier that I was 100% guaranteed to never see my 30th birthday. I was also told I would die in a particularly painful manner, most likely around the age of 25 years old. They were correct. What they described happened exactly as they described, except that I was in my 27th year of life. I was on zero pain medication at that time, and had never taken pain medicine. My pain was so severe - relentlessly night and day, that I could no longer sleep. It was so bad I could no longer eat. I couldn't.sit upright to drive. Normal everyday tasks such as taking a shower was too painful. Finally, I couldn't bear the pain even while laying down. What seemed like a miracle, but was in truth a recent surgical advancement, ultimately saved my life. But I was so sick from the severe pain that my body was in that I could no longer fight infections, even though connected to IV antibiotics 24/7. I could no longer sleep whatsoever and was a zombie. I was severely underweight. I looked like I was fighting a deadly disease and losing the battle - which I was. My health problem isn't fixable and will still kill me one day. People need to know and comprehend that these genuine medical dilemmas exist, especially those working in the field of medicine. There are no answers sometimes, for some types of health problems, and severe physical pain. Medicine just has it's limits.
+Melanie C OR perhaps he *wanted* to die alone. i spent the last three weeks by the side of my grandmother when she was dying. I can't tell you how many hours I spent with her. I left her at 11pm. At 1am we got the call that she had passed away.
This is so painful. Why would you ask her if she has thought about how she was going to say goodbye. The timing for that question isn't good. I recently buried my mother and if someone asked me that while everything was still new I would loose it. This is already hard and you hit her with that. Give the woman some time to process the whole thing dang.
+bedbugg22 Unfortunately, these are the type of "gotcha" questions the media thrives on. In this case, its get the emotional reaction. Throw in a surprise question when it seems like your wrapping up the interview. Excuse my cynicism when it comes to the press, but it's what I believe.
bless her heart...they went through so much together...it's hard to lose someone so dear to you, then try to answer questions about tabloid rumours...how rude to ask such things!

+M. Robinosn very nice story and he will be missed by everyone. yeah I hate all the speculation surrounding it as well. just let him rest in peace. Just curious..do you have a pic with him ? that would be awesome if you do and a great memory.
Jamie Fry no. Prince was someone that you want to live forever. I so love him and all the music he has made. Sheila...you were his other half as far as I'm concerned. ..I hope they find the will and she gets his kingdom...I trust her and not his siblings. ..Prince will live through Sheila, forever and ever...stay strong girl, we love you...RIP our Prince of all Princes....xoxoxo
When Michael died I kept thinking as long as he hadn't had an autopsy, some kind of miracle could be performed to bring him back and when I heard Prince died, I kept thinking the same thing. Realistically, I know it could never happen but I felt as long as they had not been cut on, they were still here. We are losing our legends. Even sadder, we are losing them when their deaths seemed to have been preventable. Whitney, MJ, and now Prince. Prince was treated at a hospital the week before. Planes don't land for chronic problems they land for life or death situations. Who were those people around Prince and why didn't they do more to keep him alive? If Prince truly did need to hit up Walgreen four times in one week, something was wrong and somebody should've done something other than just supply him with prescription meds. I've seen Prince in concert and I had just decided last week that I was going to attend one of his shows again soon. It's devastating. For me, there is nothing worse than someone dieing when they had the means to stay alive.
I totally feel your words are in synergy with my thoughts on this.I wondered exactly the same as you.A multi millionaire who had no life threatening condition suddenly dies but there were warning signals that something was not right. He was a work horse but also prided on being vegan which has not been given much coverage.Either someone took his life in that elevator or there is gross negligence that a rich man like this was not taken care of by noone.Ultimately nobody can be counted upon to be there at all times.I wish he had reached out more in those last hours.Said help I feel sick.He could have gone to a private hospital.Maybe he was fearful of being under hospital care. Then he could have seen the best natropaths in the world.I just wish there were people around him in his final moments that loved him.So sad,a man who loved so much in his life, dying alone.
Prince, Symbol Love had a wonderful journey on earth well done Father God call his child home so he can get some peace and rest in Jesus name. 😇 Love and Peace
Blessed condolences to you and all the families in mourning. Thank U for Music and Energy that you give to all of us. Blessed eternal peace to you PRINCE amen Нека ти је лака земља
Ms. Escovedo is a legend in her own right..and she is the epitome of class and beauty. I truly am sorry for her loss..and know that she and Prince shared a truly special and wonderful bond. This is such a sad time for all of us who enjoyed and loved this mans music. I used to say that I was happy that Prince didn't succumb to drug use like Michael Jackson..another artist I loved..did. But now I see that drugs are so rampant in our society..they are killing us all. Rest in peace my sweet prince. And long live his Purple Majesty. (◕︵◕)
I just want PRINCE back.. I wish I had some Magic Dust to take away one of these knuckle heads that don't value LIFE & bring Prince back.. as Sheila E. said: she's trying not to process it, she's trying to ignore the fact that it is TRUE.. this is how i'm feelin' as well. (#tearsSTREAMIN'downmyface).
I feel ya Sheila 😢😢 RIP Prince! Also Sheila is a Legend too because I don't know a female in the biz who plays the drums as skilled as her with passion and sexy with it. Prince made sure all his female protégée were bad asses in talent.
why was he cremated? who in his family accepted a lot of money and agreed for him to be cremated so quickly? Unforntunately i believe the legend lives on to continue to line the pockets of the murderers.
It's actually a personal choice my grandmother was a Jehovah's Witness and she passed in 08 and was buried. I have several friends in the that faith and they have all said it's untrue.
What she says does make sense, I saw a concert of Prince and Sheila E on tv, and he was jumping out of risers, so I can imagine doing all of that caused him bad knees and hips, and pain ofcourse. Sheila E sounds very sincere to me, so I don't think Prince had the flue, what really happend I don't know either, but it's a very strange situation, he died and 2 days later he got cremated, that's weird to me, just like nothing ever happend
+AB -Leen Wilson why is that strange to you? that is usually what happens, a couple days later you get cremated if that is what you wish to have happen when you die.
I think Sheila E is trying to get people to remember him for contributions not the cause of death. And people have commuter she has not aged well .... She is in mourning .... She is beautiful and my prayers go out to his family and close friends
he was outrightly murdered. she has to play along with the script and say he probably had used painkillers from jumping off risers? give me a break. prince was one of few that was actaully a sane, uncorrupted person. not jaded, not polluted with drugs and alchohol. he was very low key.
The man was in pain constantly with his hip and other painful issues and he took pain meds for it which by the way doesn't take the pain away completely. So that is abuse, what would you do if you are in pain 365 7 days a week. Stop saying it was drug abuse until you know for sure it is disrespectful.
exactly plus he was almost 60, and he walked with a cain, it had a rubber stopper on bottom not a cain for looks.I watch him dance back in day, he wore down his body, his hips were bone on bone. He was vegetarian and jehovah witness.People who are true prince fans know thus, and if he did take a pain medication he did not die deliberately he had too much respect for higher being which is god.
So damn untimely. And the worst part is they make it sound so mysterious so that lies could be told surrounding his last hours and the cause. I can't imagine how an accidental overdose of painkillers takes place. But hey, I've never been dependent on any drugs.
She is the ONLY one that has said that Prince has always been in pain. I doubt that very much. So, they are rumors and then, oh yeah he had hip pain years ago. The ONLY risers Prince jumped off of RISERS were during the SOTT 87 tour, other times he'd jump off of PIANO's, not as high and he didn't do that ALL the time. David Lee Roth jumped off risers, he has no hip pain and is about Prince's age AND height and body type. .::Moderniare
BS. Lee Roth probably does have pain. And Prince did have hip surgery so obviously there was pain. Prince also complained of hand pain and had to change instruments becaue of it, was reported to have gotten shots in his knees due to pain, was reported to have shoulder pain, was wearing wrist braces disguised with bling on stage due to wrist pain, had a large scar on the bottom of his leg found during the autopsy, had a chiropractic table in one of his bedrooms, and that doesn't cover it all. Plus, he wore heels (unlike roth) and did splits for close to 20 years. If he didn't have pain, then he was superman.
What a lovely genuine lady Sheila E is. I've always thought that her and Prince were a perfect couple. It's a shame that they broke up but great that they stayed good friends. They both shared a passion for music and both had a lot of respect for each other.
There will NEVER EVER EVER be another Prince Rogers Nelson. I love u Prince. Always and forever!
She look so honest about her emotion
+Robert Hamel A class act all the way.

this lady performed with prince perhaps the best live tours ever and yet she s so humble
What a beautiful person Sheila is inside and out. So sorry for the loss of your dear friend Sheila.
She is such a beautiful, gentle soul and has been a lovely, loyal friend to Prince. I see their connection as spiritual, other dimensional.
I LOVED Prince. His legacy WILL live on.

When I first heard about his death, Sheila E was the first person I thought of because they were so close for so many years. May Prince Rest in Paradise. God has another Angel.
I hope sheila will guard all his music, belongings and demo's and treat it like Prince would do instead of companies and non musicians.
Without a will that right will legally belong to his remaining family.
+Musicology1975 I truly think Sheila E. is the only one that has Princes BEST OF INTEREST of his estates.
+nizbt Rodriguez That thought frightens me like hell. God please let the music go to Sheila.

If anyone deserves to be in control of his estate, it should be Sheila E.
+Darryl Willett I agree with you on that. I cry every time i watch anything about him.
I know what you mean . I would trust that woman more than most people. She is 100% genuine. The bond between her and Prince was heartwarming.
+Campervan Mikey , i totally agree...
I totally agree!
Stick a fork in the old bag...she deserves nothing
admiration for how she handles things...level headed.. x
I'm so sorry for your loss and pain Sheila. I always appreciated the magic you and Prince created. My 💜 goes out to you.
AMEN HE WAS MURDERED
I still believe in my heart that dear Prince was murdered.
Prince was murdered.
And, I'll NEVER be convinced to believe otherwise.
Sorry... 💜
so sad he died alone in an elevator :(
had been dead for six hours before someone realized the visit the prince
Mari Inkinen I
Yvette Givens just like his song
Stay strong Sheila.....Positive Blessing for You!! Get The Truth!!
He's in a better place an loving it Sheila no more pain .
its a doggy dog world. She said the pain killers were rumors. He was a spiritual vegan, was against narcotics and profanity. Prince was such of a perfectionist, he wouldn't do such a irresponsible thing to impair his talent period! He loved his craft, his friends and fans. He always spoke about the future generation and the light he wanted to see them in
OK, that was 20 + years ago. But for the past 20 he kept a aware jar, we all grow
+Camille Sydnor Exactly! Just because somebody was known a certain way in their past doesn't mean it's their future smh. I am on the same page as you. As responsible and aware as Prince was I'm not going to rely on the media to tell me what happened. Something is suspicious and it's very sad.
+tinamarie2484 exactly. this is too much. he said don't believe the media
Camille Sydnor yep
Still hurts. R.I.P Prince
Prince your An Angel now May you be in Peace and Fly with your guitar ..You where such beautiful Soul...WE WILL MISS YOU SO MUCH...
May God give family & Shelia strength May God be with you all ...us Fans Thank you for giving us Updates
Bless you, Sheila! I've Been praying for you.
+KD S I met Prince once, and I was 13 at the time, I'm 18 now. He was the sweetest thing and the most chill person you would ever meet. He's very religious and passionate about it too. I wish I could meet him again--I was actually going into the entertainment business because of that "meet and greet."
Even at 13 I had a crush on him.

Any one who wants to live and live free...need to stay far and clear of The Industry.... now a days !
Master Mystic it's weird, I'm not from this country but my family is and my mother's side lives not far from Paisley Park and at the time I wasn't really caring that much about seeing a celebrity, I'm not that type of person in general but as I was thoroughly shocked to see him standing in the parking lot, just looking around and quiet
I screamed but no one else seemed to care. My mom allowed to me walk out of the store I was in and he saw me walk right up to him and smile. He is a small man and was my height.
he said, "Hi."
I said,"You're Prince."
"I am."
"You are my favourite singer ever."
"Thank you."
"I just wanted to see you."
"Thank you."
Then he asked where my mother was and I pointed to the store front window and he nodded to her, then looked at me.
"You should probably go back to your mother."
"I will, but I want to tell you that I think you are very pretty."
He laughed and looked at me and said thank you.
At the end of it, he shook my mother's hand who came out to get me and I never saw him after that
+M. Robinosn Talk about a moment to never forget!!🤗
+M. Robinosn
GREAT story! Thank u, 4 sharing.
@1:28s "This is what it sounds like when the dones cry!" Prince is so BEAUTIFUL! He inspires me to be as beautiful the way I want without caring about what others may think.
Sheila is one of his protege's that spent the most time with him throughout their careers musically. #DynamicDuo
No talent old hag.
Sheila has aged gracefully and hopefully, she can heal at some point. Very sad...
+Daryll Cliwood I know she's sad and heartbroken...we all are...thinking on it, I guess talking about it is her way to deal with it?..Idk..
+MISSCOOKIE41 I am really tired of her "grieving widow" act. She really needs to quit talking. I feel like his truest friends are the ones who are not talking at all or saying very little. It just needs to stop. It's too early for this.
+Daryll Cl iwood
+antij1 "grieving widow act"? seriously? and what super private knowledge did she convey? That he had hip problems a long time ago? We knew that already, so no harm done. Note how she reacts to another question with "... as of right now, they're just rumours"
JUST rumours, meaning she doesn't hold rumours in high esteem herself.
The idea that she would be 'faking' het grief is completely ludicrous, sorry.
Be mad at that interviewer who clearly was going for the 'tear moment' with that last question....
Very sad. I feel so sorry for Sheila.
It's incredibly sad to see her this way. You can feel her pain watching her. She's hurting so bad inside.
me too
so do I
we will see him again!
"Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out, those who did good things to a resurrection of life," !
John 5:28,29
I love her so much, always an inspiration to me.
Thanks to Sheila...Thank You and our hearts go out to you, Sheila!! All of our hearts are broken...WE HAVE LOST A MIRACLE!!
I love how they tried to imply drug use or pain dependency by getting her to confirm it but she neatly said first I heard of it on the news today, so dignified. She didnt gossip monger just told the fact as they are without any embellishing really hate how those shitty reporters try to twist shit into something.
That put a tear in my eye , when she said , I don't know if I can.
Love her so much ...
Caz PK
No matter what the cause is ...My love for Him is Everlasting ...For me He will always be The Greatest
my thoughts goes out to her and his siblings...
I remember a recent comment from Sheila E. in an interview that she said she knew in her heart what happened with Prince. They had a very strong bond and connection. My heart goes out to her...
yeah
prince was to smart not to have a will..someone destroyed it
+peachycalmable Some people avoid making a will because they fear if they fear if they have a will, they'll die. A superstition. I dunno. Maybe he thought he would never die . . .
I agree. WHY did he not or why would he not have A Will
With his worth and knowing his worth in death WOULD Rise and who knows plus I watched an interview with Prince. Guitars. Pianos. Other homes the list goes on and on
No cars Since Prince did not drive
But
How about him riding the Bike in purple Rain. -- stunt driver Maybe
SORRY
POINT Is. With All that , WHY would he. It have A Will ?????? Not bright if he didn't. Now it's a fight for what he had bought and paid for during his life. To be fought over by family he seldom saw !!
That is Life. I suppose.
Prince
RIP
definitly!! 😢
Kitties - Back H were you talking to me?
Yeah right LOL Stupid comment
Sheila E! Love you!! I feel your pain! But he will live on forever!
I can't say good bye...
I'm hurting because he died ALONE......
+Coach Tonya Young ME TOO! But being that he *lived* alone, it's not surprising.
Me too. It's like he was trying to go for help or something? Then he collapsed in the elevator? breaks my heart💔
+Melanie C don't make me cry please.😩😢and he didn't like cell phones either.
+Melanie C OR perhaps he *wanted* to die alone. i spent the last three weeks by the side of my grandmother when she was dying. I can't tell you how many hours I spent with her. I left her at 11pm. At 1am we got the call that she had passed away.
+Coach Tonya Young Christ was with Him. Prince 'felt' him, saw His light
I love Sheila E. Too great artist too, I remember when her & prince used be together they looked so good together ❤️
Why would you ask the question "do you know how you're going to say goodbye" when you're talking to someone who is grieving. Very insensitive.
+tlyn georgia It's terrible isn't it?
No sensitivity or care for a broken heart.
bless her heart...they went through so much together...it's hard to lose someone so dear to you, then try to answer questions about tabloid rumours...how rude to ask such things!
EYE LOVE U PRINCE. EYE LOVE U SHEILA. THANK U...
my heart is with Prince's family. I hope they find peace and comfort knowing that they will see him again.
Poor Sheila :(
he was my best american friend with Miles Davis & Franck Zappa / RIP dear friend !
So sad. #restinpurple. so sad to know he died alone in his home.

+M. Robinosn very nice story and he will be missed by everyone. yeah I hate all the speculation surrounding it as well. just let him rest in peace. Just curious..do you have a pic with him ? that would be awesome if you do and a great memory.
Jamie Fry no. I wish.

+ed ohanian that's very true. I just ment alone with noone close to him with him.
+M. Robinosn nice story.
good bless her. u can really feel she is in pain.
SHEILA, there's no need to say goodbye, it's see you later, in Heaven my Love. 💜
Thank you sheila e
Rest in peace beautiful soul.
I like her, and I don't like very many people. I feel she is genuine.
Prince, Symbol Love had a wonderful journey on earth well done Father God call his child home so he can get some peace and rest in Jesus name. 😇 Love and Peace
2 sad. aw Sheila
Ah. She really loved him.
YUPPERZ!!!
I will ALWAYS love YOU!
Blessed condolences to you and all the families in mourning. Thank U for
Music and Energy that you give to all of us. Blessed eternal peace to
you PRINCE amen Нека ти је лака земља
I feel so sad for Sheila E. You can see her heartbreak.
Thankfully Sheila E dismissed the slanderous RUMORS about painkillers. Let's wait for the autopsy results before we go making proclamations please.
Ms. Escovedo is a legend in her own right..and she is the epitome of
class and beauty. I truly am sorry for her loss..and know that she and
Prince shared a truly special and wonderful bond. This is such a sad
time for all of us who enjoyed and loved this mans music. I used to say
that I was happy that Prince didn't succumb to drug use like Michael
Jackson..another artist I loved..did. But now I see that drugs are so
rampant in our society..they are killing us all. Rest in peace my sweet
prince. And long live his Purple Majesty. (◕︵◕)
She is also in my prayers...
+Sheri Din I was thinking the same thing. That was way too quick
+Sheri Din He's a Jehovah Witness, they specify the body be cremated within one week of death.
It's actually a personal choice my grandmother was a Jehovah's Witness and she passed in 08 and was buried. I have several friends in the that faith and they have all said it's untrue.
totally agree with you girl
Me too
I think Sheila E is trying to get people to remember him for contributions not the cause of death.
Loulou Willis
peppa pig
he was not In pain they killleddd himmmm
the flu?
So damn untimely. And the worst part is they make it sound so mysterious so that lies could be told surrounding his last hours and the cause. I can't imagine how an accidental overdose of painkillers takes place. But hey, I've never been dependent on any drugs.
😭🙏🏿💜💐😭🙏🏿💜💐😭🙏🏿💜💐😭🕊️🕊️
I love u Shelia E
Wow! very painful to watch
Yeah, those injuries you get when you're young always come back with a vengeance when you're older.
What a lady.
