Put these two guys down as missing you and the family working away in the shop Steve, Great to see you again. Thank you also for sharing your health updates we like keeping GREAT thoughts for you. Lance & Patrick.
Man, I’m sure glad you’re doing well and back sharing your expertise. This video is one more proof of how active your incredible mind is. Thanks for doing this build.
Thanks, I had ongoing health issues for about two years with my Thyroid. The last year was really rough. Hopefully I have a handle on it now and things will get better.
@@warrenjones744 For about 9 months I was in bed or sitting in a chair anything else drained me almost completely (extreme fatigue). Simple things were very difficult to do. My hands would shake so bad I could barely set a mouse trap without setting it off. One of the internet medical documents I read said reactions to T3 Thyroid would cause shaking of hands with something as simple as tying shoe strings. I stopped my T3 cold turkey and in 2 days felt like a new man. Without my doctor knowing I started playing with lowering my dosage of both T4 and T3 meds and splitting the tablets and taking dosages twice a day 6 hours apart. The total of both dosages is still less than my once a day dose. I am not a doctor so anyone reading this talk to your doctor first. I will share with my doctor next visit what I did. No matter how high the dosage blood work kept saying my meds needed to go up. When I went off cold turkey of both T4 and T3 almost all the bad symptoms I was having went away but after a few weeks I started getting sleepy tire not the fatigue I struggle with. That is when I reduced the dosage spit 2 times a day and now I feel better than I can remember in 2 years. I don't know if I am back to normal yet because I forgot what normal feels like but I am calling this a win and hope it keeps going that way.
Great to see you back, Steve! I almost sent you an email, a few weeks ago. I can't run a surface grinder without thinking of you. Prayers for your continued good health.
Long time- no-see, good to have you back. Thanks for the tutorial, a very interesting build. Stay safe, cheers! Damn spell check won't let me write see!
I would love to but because of heath issues for almost 2 years with my Thyroid which I hope is on the upswing now I need to take it easy and make sure I now have it under control. Also, I have over 40% chance of having prostrate cancer. I have my second biopsy the middle of next month, hopefully by the end of the month I will know if I have cancer or not.
That music just makes you feel good!
I love it too!
Chuck (AKA Outsidescrewball) sent me here. Glad he did! Great build!

nice and simple thank you for sharing glad to hear you are a bit more up to snuff health wise
Thank you.
Beautiful design, Steve. Did you have to mount the insert off center so that you would get clearance on the trailing edge? Great to have you back.
Hi Robert,
I mounted it off center so I could chamfer a bigger hole. I have other regular chamfers for smaller holes.
Steve
Very cool
Thank you.
Awesome work. What kind of watch are you wearing btw?
Thank you. it is a Timex Expedition.
Howdy Steve, welcome back. Any thoughts of attending the Bar-Z Bash?
