It's always devastating when one loses a loved pet but it's a revelation when one gets a new family member as well, sad and happy at the same time, a circle that continues as long as we live. Beautiful pup there Dan, I know she's in good hands and you have the help to raise her into the cherished companion she'll be. Camping and steaks, I can see her now 👍👍
Lolly… What a great name for a Boxer! What a cutie pie, I just love well dogs really but Boxers are just wonderful pupps. I have 2 myself right now, love them to pieces. I never met that dog but Tink will always be remembered as long as I’m around but I can’t wait to see this little cutie out and about with you! We have a Boxer similar to her, they told us it was called seal. She’s black with some white areas, but on occasion when the sun hits her just right her color seems to change a bit. I’m colorblind so I couldn’t tell you what it is lol a dark brown or very dark red kinda.
When my shih tzu Martha died suddenly 6 years ago I had to get another dog because the house was too silent without her nails clicking on the flooring 💔 Lolly is lovely and she’s already making you laugh ♥️👍
She's so cute and full of energy. I am sorry about precious Tink and Jimmy. They will be missed and now Lilly will be able to help with your adjustment. There are few things that heal the heart like a puppy. I lost my big boy to cancer last August, it was very sudden just like with Tink. We're just starting to look for another dog because I'm not happy without one. Lolly will fill your heart and your house with joy. Good on you!

We came up with Lolly over a Maccas after we'd met her. She's a character already. Willful and stubborn .. typical Boxer 😂 I can't wait to be able to walk her. Waiting on the 12 week jabs.

Well she's definitely a cutie, and clearly a handful. Dare I say you seem to be just as excited as she is! How old will she have to be before you take her on your first outing? First hike? First campout? Although getting Ahsoka and Luke in season 2 was for me the highlight of the Mandalorian, the most recent episode is close.I think this season's going to outdo last season with a lead into the Ahsoka series. If you haven't gotten around to watching it definitely check it out ! May the force be with you, you're going to need it with a puppy!
She's settling in well. Other than keeping us up at night! She is 8 weeks. She can't go out in public until she's had her jabs at 12 weeks. As for Camping. . I'll have to play it by ear. Depending on training, recall etc .. I hope during the summer she might be ready for a night out. But once she's had her jabs I will start with the odd afternoon "camp" and go from there.

There are a couple of airbases around. One is an RAF base. As well as a small commercial airfield.

We're planning on a second one in a year or two. Losing the two together was hard. We're hoping to avoid that.
