Boxers are very exuberant in everything they do, and they love new and interesting travels. I think they truly feel they are as human as you are. Once you have one as a friend you will see that.

Brought a tear to my eye. Rescued a staffie cross 14yrs ago. Best dog i haver ever had. He is struggling at the moment. Took him to the vet after a small stroke. The beauty of a dog is the companionship and loyalty. We have booked are doggy holiday cottage foe September. Hope he gets to see the beach and sea one more time.
Oh golly, I had teary eyes because I saw so many mannerisms that our Piper had as a puppy. She passed on a few years ago and we miss her so much. I know you will have so much fun with yours. A Boxer is so smart. Take care of him and yourself.
He's great!, you will be a boxer lady for life now, they're very special dogs, unlike any other breed, Katie, boxer number seven has just joined our 'pack' and settling in well, very best wishes from England.

Boxers are the crazy dogs of the dog world, lots of fun and great jokers.
they are... we no longer need netflix, we have now dogflix at home 24h/7 and is highly entertaining :D

Your Boxer is GORGEOUS! 🥰 I have a male Boxer, he is SO sweet and he sleeps on my bed at night. Boxers are very smart fur babies, great protection with a deep bark(when older), they make fantastic companions! I have been so fortunate to have Boxers throughout my life and my Boxer is now 2 years old and huge! Congratulations to you on getting your Boxer! 🎉Enjoy every moment! 🥰❤️🥰
Aww so sweet! They are wonderful indeed, I'm training him to be fine in most situations so he can be with me in every possible place (unless forbidden of course... haha) he is a sweetheart but he still gets suuuper excited when greeting strangers XD
@MerceFont Ya know that was something I never trained out of the boxers I've had. I made the mistake of just letting them do what they wanted bc they had such a sweet demeanor already. But my next one I'm gonna train carefully bc they're so smart.

Boxers can get in trouble when your away from home. I hope you and your boxer are doing well. I've lived with 5 of them over my lifetime. They were my best friends growing up in many ways.

Awesome! Very happy you found a fantastic Boxer, Ragnar. He looks very happy with you. So. 😀now, you could find some dog inspired guitar music..though not sure what is out there. Chopin's Waltz 64 op 1 was, I think inspired by a dog (not sure if there is a classical guitar adaption out there). Or going more modern, Zeppelin's "Bron Y Aur Stomp" -- again not sure if anyone's done a classical guitar version. Or better yet -- compose your own based on your own fun experiences with Ragnar!

Very Cute. Cute dog for a cute girl. Personally I think you should've named him Rocky or Champ, he's still young enough it's not too late to change it LOL. I know a little about boxers as a close friend has had a few. They are very even tempered, have a strong protective instinct, very loyal, mostly get along well with other dogs and gentle and patient with children. They do NOT like to be left alone for long periods of time and can develop behavioral issues as a result so be careful with that. They are super playful as you probably have noticed. Great choice of pet...wish you many happy years together!

Love my boxer, her name is Crystal. She's 4 1/2 years old and plays like she is one year old. I'll put my gloves on and start to box😅. Get the balls out and she will jump up in the air to catch them. The only down side to a boxer is you can't wear dark clothing. Because they shed a lot, everywhere. Still love my boxer. I'm her emotional support human😅.
only let people interact with your pup if you want them to and don't be afraid to say No to people

I am struggling with what kind of dog I want. I always had dog my entire lifes and can handle them. I just would like a dog that can protect my family, with small children. Is very friendly and alert. Its hard to decide. As I said, pretty soon we are going to have a baby and I just would like a perfect dog for smaller children. Its hard to decide.
indeed! I do follow a few dog trainers online they all make plenty of videos talking about the character traits of each breed. Definitely look into that more than the looks of the dog if you want a pup that suits your family and lifestyle :)
