M1 underground fire I Joburg City Power and EMS assess the fire damage

Joburg Emergency Management Services spokesperson, Robert Mulaudzi has given Joburg City Power the greenlight to assess the damage caused by an underground fire along the M1 highway near Braamfontein yesterday.
They believe the cause was cable theft and vandalism of underground infrastructure.
The fire caused a power outage in several surrounding areas.
