Could be alot of factors some more than others. 1) Maybe the results up or down will not affect them. 2) they understand and completely trust the iec's processes 3) they have money in the stock market that will be affected over petty issues.
Ask them they all have different reasons, like farms, cricket, trade, wines, real estate market, etc.
Raising grievances is important however wisdom dictates that a current issue should be weighed against all other dependencies and a decision be made on the impact.

I am not persuaded by the answer to the rush when the constitution makes provision that 7days and the chairperson says there are many stakeholders who have interests inter alia the markets I guess this ingenious.what is the law for if some other interest should take precedent.
