    So I'm starting to get the impression that if we get mugged in the street we should run to the nearest business and start filming through the window and the police will be with you in about 30 seconds. 🤔🤷❤️

If the answer is NO then they should be told that photography is legal and no police will be provided and security must NOT be involved.

    That’s total BS copsplaining at 3:00. They need to start batting off anonymous complaints when the complaint is photography in a public place (or other activity that is lawful). ‘Suspicion’ is not grounds by itself as has been clarified by Chief Constables. Reasonable grounds for suspicion are required to grant Constables access to the power of the Office they hold. It’s not hard to understand. So many NPC’s don’t get it…

    0:30 What are you taking pictures of
    0:35 Why are you taking pictures inside of the building
    0:56 we just want to know why
    I could go on
    Again an interrogation without any justification. Asking questions to ascertain if they have grounds for reasonable suspicion whilst not having a reasonable suspicion
    Stop entertaining the police in this way...I realise the interactions are good material but just walk away and let them escalate the situation if they want to...an easy 5k to be made this way

    In the last three days I have seen a couple of coppers respecting people who film , I will absolutely take my hat off to them. Unfortunately, in the past two or three years I have seen too many people assaulted and unlawfully arrested for to change my mind about the police. I sincerely hope the police are learning not to abuse their powers but only time will tell. Fair play to the cops in this vid .

    • @eddiebear34

      It's a bit soft of you to be offended by the police asking a few questions,and in a respectable way. It's not like they are getting quizzed on taking pictures of the London Eye or the likes. It's photos up against an office window. What's the chances these guys that make these videos, do things like that knowing they will be approached? Or do you think they really just want left alone?
      You can see where reggie cut the video then re started it and it clearly comes across that he has edited out the scotsman looking for arguments. That's what that guy does. He pushes it and pushes it until he gets in an abusive argument.
      Reggie... to his credit, pushes the limits with the camera, gets approached, but it usually ends friendly. Still... they all WANT approached, or they have no channel.

    • @Truthtopeople

      @@eddiebear34 I think its soft to QUIZ people taking PICTURES . Until there is a crime they could just observe. ive seen how crazy people get when filming in public. it is within the law and people should be made aware.

    • @eddiebear34
      @eddiebear34 ปีที่แล้ว

      @Mashup I think its even softer to take offence to simply getting asked what you are doing. You are missing out the part that they intentionally didn't show you too. They were observed.... taking photos against the windows of an office. Taking photos in the street is normal. That's exactly what the cop said. Taking photos up at office windows aren't. That's why they done it, hoping to get stopped. There is a reason you don't see people with cameras up at buildings windows.

    • @Truthtopeople
      @Truthtopeople ปีที่แล้ว

      @@eddiebear34 They are within the law. My view of these auditing videos is to do what the laws allow. You see many videos where the person with a camera is the one being harassed. I think its overall Good that people go out testing their rights.

    • @eddiebear34
      @eddiebear34 ปีที่แล้ว

      @Mashup nobody got arrested though. Nobody said it was illegal. Its just weird, and if you see someone doing weird things, you are gonna question it. Imagine something happened with that building a week later. Then it comes out that guys were seen taking photos through the windows a week before, but police didn't want to ask what they were doing. We would be calling them useless.
      Imagine someone stood at the edge of your garden, pointing a camera in your house, or up at your car taking photos through the window. Totally legal, but you'd tell them to fk off.
      I wouldn't get too worked up at the police in these videos and just take the videos for what they are, guys trolling, looking for arguments to post on TH-cam. They don't actually want left alone.
