Breakdown of the lyrics from someone that speaks both languages. (Fun fact, I was born in the same hospital as EZ Mil lol, small world.) Kwarenta-singko na kalibre o nuwebe, 'kaw na bahala (Forty-five caliber or nine, it’s up to you) [edit - 24th july -> i just realised a few more under this bar] - kalibre means caliber or greatness, however there is a double in the word "Nakalibre", which means to be able to get yourself free (of responsibility or paying, etc). - So, the opening line to this verse is actually a QUADRUPLE entendre. Caliber/kalibre (bullet) / Caliber/kalibre (degree of greatness) / nakalibre (to free oneself) / nakalibre (to "win" something for free) - 45 caliber (bullet / you're free -> to make a decision / you won the privilege to choose [which bullet/bar is going to end you], its free [you dont gotta pay] ) or 9, it's up to you - IF YOU REALLY STRETCH IT!! - the tagalog word for BULLET = BALA, so when he says " 'kaw na ba(ha)la " it is also a subtle word play on bullet / taking responsibility. - You could also interpret this as EZ Mil's versatility, having big bullets (hard hitting bars) or small ones (more subtle bars like this) in his arsenal. Don't sleep on EZ.
Sa dinami-rami mong mali, utak mo lang may tama (Out of your many mistakes, only your brain is right) - word play in Tagalog, TAMA = correct OR hit (a target) - When someone says "May tama ka sa utak" it literally means you got hit in the head = brain damage, crazy - The only thing you got "correct" is being braindead, bar Sa kitid mo mag-isip, pare, 'la ka man lang na banat (With how narrowly you're thinking, bro, you couldn't even respond) - banat in Tagalog slang means to banter, to respond in banter. But it can also mean to stretch something out, to strain or to go hard at something. - So, the word play is that your brain matter is so small(narrow) you couldn't stretch it out to even respond even if you wanted to. - This ties into the previous bar about being braindead. Thanks @paulgallegos Naglalim-laliman, ang sarap mong ilublob sa dagat (Delving depths, it feels good to dip you in the sea) - Here, the way that he's doubles on lalim->laliman is a way you conjugate the verb for when someone is attempting something (but failing). - "Ang sarap mong.." = "It would feel good to (insert verb) you" is a phrase in Tagalog that we use to satisfy a primal urge to do something, almost like an intrusive thought. - ilublob means to dunk something beneath a liquid, to smother them. It's an onomatopoeia when the bubbles rise to the surface. - In this bar, he's saying that you're trying to be deep, but you're out of your depth and I will smother/drown the shit out of you. 'Di kailangang magpatunay sa sinuman na nakikinig (No need to prove anything to whoever is listening) - Something to note is that the whole scheme has mentioned the senses starting with the head (brain dead, not functioning) -> like HEAD honcho? Nobody's got a head like mine? (pause, no diddy) - In this bar, he starts to mention listening (ears), and the next bars you could say that he starts to allude to not being able to detect these bars through senses (sight?) and words (mouth). 'Di masasalag ng sintido o ng iyong bibig (It cannot be detected by your senses or your mouth) - salag also means to defend/dodge against sth. - sintido means your temple (head) = sense - The double here being that you can't see these bars coming, AND you cannot defend nor dodge them. - No words you can spit are going to be able to defend against them either. My Tagalog isnt perfect, never studied it formally but this is what I came away with! Feel free to let me know if I missed something.
Appreciate the time and effort you put into translating this for us all bro. Deserves a lot more love shown with the 👍than this. Respect bro, from the UK 🇬🇧 💯👍🇬🇧🤜🤛💪😜👌
I love how you are letting the song play out before you go back and break it down, makes it much more enjoyable as a viewer keep up the great work Knox!
My 1st time hearing EZ Mill. Dude is a tremendous lyricist! Now I understand why Em wanted him. He has a laid back cadence that draws you in too. Finally started watching reactions to the new album. Had to start with my man Knox of course!! 🎉 While it isn't a good scenario, I got excited to hear a reference to my hometown by Em!!
I love the fact that so many people who speak Tagalog instantly jumped in to give us a translation to EZ's bars. Especially @ShadowPatriot12 wrote an amazing breakdown here explaining double entendres and linguistic contexts for the lines.
Eminem lost control of himself to Shady in TDOSS. Maybe in the next album Eminem will try to regain control. Then they will get to the conclusion that they are better off merged, like in Houdini video clip.
just wait till we get the guns out kwarenta y singko o nuwebe ikaw na bahala [calibre 45 or 9mm you decide] sa dinami-rami mong mali [of all the mistakes you've done] utak mo lang may tama [only your brain is right/theres something not right in youre head) sa kitid mong mag isip [when you think narrowly/low IQ] pare wala ka man lang nabanat [dude, you cant even react/ rebutt/counter] naglalim-laliman ang sarap mong ilublob sa dagat [wannabe techinical but no substance, love to drown your in a deep sea] di kailangang magpatunay sa sino man ang nakikinig [no need to prove anything to whoever is listening] di masasalag nang yong sintido o nag iyong bibig [you cant guard in this whether your intellect or your mouth]

Important note for y'all, when EZ says "Utak mo lang may tama" (only your brain is right), in Tagalog/Filipino, that's an insult... When people say "May tama ka sa utak", it means you got hit in the head and there's something wrong with it and you don't think right... Tama has two meanings in Tagalog, one is correct, the other is hit... Hard bar as usual from EZ❤🇵🇭

Music truly is the universal language. Even without speakers of Tagalog interpreting for the rest of us, it's obvious just from the tone and cadence that the bars - and the message in them - are going HARD
EZ mil's Tagalog verse: "Kwarenta-singko na kalibre o nuwebe, 'kaw na bahala" = .45 cal or .9mm, it's up to you "Sa dinami-rami mong mali, utak mo lang may tama" = out of all your mistakes, your brain is the only right mali = wrong/mistakes tama = right/correct in Tagalog context it can also mean as hit/shot at or braindead or retard. "Sa kitid mo mag-isip, pare, 'la ka man lang na banat" = your ability to think is narrow, you don't even got nothing to say Banat = in Tagalog context this could mean as a bar or to do/say something "Naglalim-laliman, ang sarap mong ilublob sa dagat" = you acting like your deep, I'm about to plunge you into the sea "'Di kailangang magpatunay sa sinuman na nakikinig" = No need to prove anything to anyone who's listening "'Di masasalag ng sintido o ng iyong bibig" = Can't stop/block it with your temple or your mouth Salag = block or stop or defend Tagalog words can mean different base on what context it's being used on sentences. The last line summarizes the verse as if you can't take these bars I'm coming with or like a gun bar, you literally can't stop or take it you can't do anything about it.
Translation/Detailed Breakdown (Ez Mil Head Honcho Tagalog Verse) Lines that have a parentheses line means it could be interpreted in multiple ways (entendre) "45 caliber or 9, your choice You have made a lot of mistakes (Out of all your misses) (You have lots defects) Your brain will take the hit (Only your brain took the hit) (Only your brain was correct - It's sarcastic because it also implies that even your brain has its flaws) With your narrow thinking, you couldn’t even respond Delving Depths/Feigning depth, I'd love to submerge you in the ocean No need to prove anything to those who are listening Won't be deflected by reason or your words (Your temple or mouth will not stop this)" [Both entendre on the last line tie into the previous lines specially this line "Your brain will take the hit"] 1. Your reasoning and words will just make you look dumb (all bars went through your head) Take both entendre, it will now be interpreted like this 2. 45 caliber or 9, your choice. Whether through your temple or your mouth, this bullet will hit your brain "45 caliber or 9" = Bar Heavy or Flow Smoothly Breakdown: Tama: Hit/Correct Mali: Wrong/Mistake/Miss Utak Lang May Tama: Headshot/Brain damaged or not in the right mind/Questioning intellectual(contextual) Sintido: Temple (body part)/Sense (Sintido Komon is Common Sense) Bibig: Mouth Salag: Deflect Salag ng Sintido o Bibig: Deflect by reason or words/Block by temple or mouth This Tagalog verse ties seamlessly into the previous English lines.

I love how the father line connects with the king in chess because the king is the patriarch also it’s a way to reference his childhood which he’s rapped about and got sued by his stepdad for
Kwarenta-singko na kalibre o nuwebe, 'kaw na bahala - 45 caliber o 9, you decide Sa dinami-rami mong mali, utak mo lang may tama - all the mistakes you've made, only your brain has damage ["tama" means correct but has also different meaning like an idiom so in this case "tama" means "has damage"] Sa kitid mo mag-isip, pare, 'la ka man lang na banat - Buddy, you are so narrow minded, you couldn't say a bar Naglalim-laliman, ang sarap mong ilublob sa dagat - Pretending to be deep, I'd really like to drown you in the ocean 'Di kailangang magpatunay sa sinuman na nakikinig - Don't need to prove anything to anyone who is listening 'Di masasalag ng sintido o ng iyong bibig - Your conscious or mouth can't defend Not sure if I translated properly some of the words are "makata" or in deep filipino language, hope this helps.
Yo @Knoxhill thats was the best and the most detailed disection of Ez Mil's rhyme, Lyrics and word play. Most reactors let it go over their head and I think they are just focused on Em's part to come on and Ez gets underestimated but i guess that's how it is when the goat in on the track. Can't wait for Ez's album under Shady. More Em feature and solo songs that others can try to disect. Best reactor/disector on YT no cap. Keep doing you homie!
I always miss some of Ezs bars so ive been waiting for this reaction! I also think there is some word play in verse 2 referencing the old wwii saying "loose lips sink ship" tieing into the titanic bar. Also "send my new slips as tightly than how these boots fit" I keep hearing "noose slips more tightly" not sure if its anything purposeful or just what im hearing😂 Also writing on the wall-graffiti. Shout out to Ezs Act 1 album. I still think you and Ez need to collab. The bars would be insane

Knox is consistent on not only listening to the music but delving into all the directions of this song eversince whenever Ez has a song he attacks it fairly thanks 💙❤️🇵🇭
Knox! The Philippines was colonized by Spain. So there are a lot of words and phrases that are similar to spanish in Tagalog. My gf Filipina i just spent a month there
"Im a queen when i run up" could also refer to the act of promoting a pawn after it "runs up" the board to the other side. Saying he got himself a promotion
Ez Mil Head Honcho Tagalog Verse Translation/Breakdown by PaintingTurbulent825 This verse is about ending someone, either through lyricism or violence: "45 caliber or 9, your choice You have made a lot of mistakes (You have a lot of wrongs/misses) Your brain will take the hit (Only your brain took the hit) Your narrow-mindedness leaves you without a comeback Feigning depth, I'd love to submerge you in the ocean Don't have to prove to anyone that listens Your senses or mouth won't perceive it." Here's the wordplay breakdown: Tama: Hit/Correct Mali: Wrong/Mistake/Miss Utak May Tama: Headshot/Brain damaged or not in the right mind Sintido: Temple (body part)/Sense Picture the scene: a gun pointed point-blank at someone's temple or mouth. "Your senses or mouth won't perceive it" "Your brain will take the hit" This Tagalog verse ties seamlessly into the previous English lines.
Knox, one of my favorite reactors, I always look forward to your comments, I cannot believe I will hear my Filipino Tagalog language in an Eminem Album, so proud of Ez Mil, thank you Eminem for allowing our boy Ez Mil rap in his own language, I can tell Em is proud of Ez, the graffiti ref is Ez Mil’s Act 1 Album, Goat and baby goat in the same track, cannot wait for a Shady and Slashy collab, it is going to be insane, til next time take care🧐🤔🔥🔥🔥✌️🙏🇺🇸🇵🇭
That relatable bar is literally a shout out to all the people who say they can't relate to em because he's not black, he's not part of the culture, they love their momma's, they don't do corny, ain't nobody bumping this in the hood blah blah blah all the usual shit you here on the internet/socials and he literally just says so you can't relate to me? You've never struggled? Dope bars and rhyme scheme. Really looking forward to hearing more from EZ MIL that boy can deliver!
It's also kind of prophetic because of how many fans out there are not giving this track a chance simply because EZ raps in another language for like...20 seconds of it, and immediately thinks they "cant relate" to him because of it
This might help you disect EZ mils filipino rap verses “Kwarenta y singko na kalibre o nuwebe, ‘kaw na bahala” = .45 cal or .9mm, your choice. So the whole filipino rap verse is a gun bar following the line where he said he pull the guns out. He starts out by letting his supposed victim to choose the gun himself. “Sa dinami-rami mong mali, utak mo lang may tama” = Out of the many things you did wrong, your brain is the only thing that’s right. So this is a double entendre playing off the meaning of the words: Mali - means wrong Tama - means right but also means getting hit Utak - means brain Tama sa utak - means braindead (ret hard) So the verse could mean all of the three below: - Out of the many things you did wrong, your brain is the only thing that’s right. (Literal meaning) - Out of the many things you did wrong, your brain is the only thing that got hit. (Meaning following the gun bar) - The many things you did wrong, was because you’re braindead. (Double) “Sa kitid mo mag-isip pare, wala ka man lang nabanat” = you’re so narrow minded, you got no bars hit (me). On this part i think he’s following up on the double of the last line where he said braindead and also following the gun bar saying that you got no hit. “Naglalimlaliman, sarap mong ilublob sa dagat” = pretending to be deep, i want to drown you in the sea. “Di kailangan magpatunay sa sinuman na nakikinig” = no need to prove anything to any one that listens. “Di masasalag ng sentido o nang iyong bibig” = Can’t block it with your temple or even your mouth. That last line finishes both the gun bar and the braindead scheme he has on the filipino verse.
Oooooh it just hit me haha Ez mil he the guy who sang Panalo😅😅 yeah i recognize him now.. been traveling PH🇵🇭 for a year now never realized that til now
Another way to understand EZ’s bar “cross a king with my hunters” is the way he says “king” also sounds like the word “key” and the top of the key on a basketball court is the 3 point line which feeds into his next line “shooting 3s with abundance”
@@elizabethr.9359 I’m trying to figure out why he said “hunters” and not any other word. Hunters has to tie into this a specific way that adds more meaning
This what I like about you Knox. You dissect every lines/bars. Other youtube reactors really having hard time explaining each bars but you're makin it easy and you are amazingly smart about this craft!
I wanted you to say loose lips sink ships so badly, Ez was hinting at that like 3 times and you didn't mention it. His loose lips could sink cruise ships, because his rhyme/ flow is that strong.
Listening to an Em song featuring Ez is just so heartwarming. From the teenage boy Ez who fell in love with metal, worked his ass off to create music, making 9 metal bands online with people from diff countries just to create songs x music. Then transitioning to other genres while still making some deathcore in his album. His music journey is beautiful x inspiring. a lot of hard work x strugglin but here he is now ❤
“There's still a hole in my chest and I'm tryna strap it with numbers” Chest=chess Numbers=chess piece’s coordinates/move Strap=trap (chess trap moves) Hole=hole in the chessboard-to mean a vulnerable square that has lost its pawn protection and can be occupied favourably by an enemy piece.

Kings cross is also being referenced here. It’s the only move where 2 pieces can move in one turn (Ez and Em) and it’s a move that protects the King (Em). Also parole is a term used in countersigning is the military. Parole is basically a word that you’d use to confirm you’re not a foreign entity. Essentially saying he’s using his words to sniff out fakes in the industry. Also the Hitman line is a reference to the video game because the main character is a combination of 5 of the worlds best assassins. So he’s basically saying he’s 5 artists in one. Oh and Em is referencing the cover of Ez’s album Act One (graffiti on the wall), his track Lackland (passing out like they’re faking a jab), and Freeze (sleeping pills).
a lot of references actually from Ez's past projects; Beatbox freestyle (survived an attack two twins/9/11), Freeze (sleeping pills, cold chill), Slashy Show (Benzino), IDK (stan til i die though/dido). i maybe reaching idk
"Hitman that got away from the killing." - A hit, man,got away from the killing - A hit maker, that does not get involve to street violence - Hitman, that got away from the killing
@@yeshevishman It’s something basically all of his fans say, like I’ve heard SO many people say “he’s like multiple artists in one” AND he references video games a lot in his music. If you think it’s a coincidence he referenced that video game then you don’t know how he writes.
This is the real break down, bar by bar, understanding the dynamics,I think you the one who really understands the way rap lyrics are written, you da man bro!
I wouldn't call it the best song on this album but damn, your passion is so contagious and the explanations of certain rhymes, words' specialty you gave made me appreciate this song more.
I don't know if anyone else has caught this or not but when EZ Mil goes from Cross a King with my Hunters Rookie Gs (Rook E-Gs) acting thuggish He could also talking about the move Castling. In the move, your Rook crosses over the King and moves the King from E to G. Generally speaking you move the King to protection and make the Rook more available to attack. So I see it as EZ (Queen) and his crew (other pieces) are going for King, the opposing Rook moves to protect the King and attack but gets annihilated.
Finally! Someone noticed EZ MIL spitting fire in this Track. Always love your reactions and how you dissect 'em bars. People be saying that this is the worst track in the album. Man, they dont even know what they're talking about. They only catch 'em bars that you can understand easily but not the ones with deeper meanings.
Insane how this man has only 1.3 mil subs. I guess it s simpler when "the chorus repeats the same 4 words for us". Amazing work mr. Hill, amazing work!
I'm half just like Ez Mil and his tagalog part is 🔥🔥🔥🔥. Philippines love Eminem (they even play his music in malls censor-free) and this song got em 1000000x crazier for him.
For anyone who ends up saying it in the comments that he didn't appoint this out, yes the fact that head honcho comes after guilty conscience 2 does matter, it's Marshall saying that he's in control and that shady isn't the boss
He should have placed Head Honcho after Temporary not after Guilty Conscious 2. Temporary was basically Eminem saying goodbye to Hailey on behalf of Slim Shady since he just killed. The placement doesnt make sense there. This is the same problem with Houdini, it should have been the 2nd track of the album after Renaissance. There is part of lyrics in Houdini that say "Guess who's back". He is saying that like after 9 tracks.
"Im a queen when I run up" also because when pawns run up the board, they become queen pieces. Last line he indicated he wanted to get bigger, richer, so this would be him becoming more powerful.
kwarenta sinko na calibre o nueve ikaw na bahala = 45 caliber or 9, it's up to you sa dinami rami mong mali utak mo lang may tama = you have so many mistakes your brain is the only one with a hit ('may tama' is a word play which lowkey means there's something wrong with your brain) sa kitid mo mag isip pare la ka man lang nabanat = with your narrow thinking, you couldn't even respond; it's important to know the word play kitid = narrow, nabanat = literally means extend but in context it means respond nag lalimlaliman ang sarap mong ilublob sa dagat = 'nag lalimlaliman' means acting like you're deep; it makes me wanna drown you in the ocean di kailangan mag patunay sa sino man na nakikinig = no need to prove to anyone who's listening di masasalag ng sintido o ng iyong bibig = can't be defended/blocked by your temple/head or your mouth can't blame the guys who can't explain the word plays in other comments I've known EZ to drop a lot of Tagalog word plays in his songs

- kalibre means caliber or greatness, however there is a double in the word "Nakalibre", which means to be able to get yourself free (of responsibility or paying, etc).
- So, the opening line to this verse is actually a QUADRUPLE entendre. Caliber/kalibre (bullet) / Caliber/kalibre (degree of greatness) / nakalibre (to free oneself) / nakalibre (to "win" something for free)
- 45 caliber (bullet / you're free -> to make a decision / you won the privilege to choose [which bullet/bar is going to end you], its free [you dont gotta pay] ) or 9, it's up to you
- IF YOU REALLY STRETCH IT!!
Sa dinami-rami mong mali, utak mo lang may tama
(Out of your many mistakes, only your brain is right)
- word play in Tagalog, TAMA = correct OR hit (a target)
- When someone says "May tama ka sa utak" it literally means you got hit in the head = brain damage, crazy
- The only thing you got "correct" is being braindead, bar
Sa kitid mo mag-isip, pare, 'la ka man lang na banat
(With how narrowly you're thinking, bro, you couldn't even respond)
- banat in Tagalog slang means to banter, to respond in banter. But it can also mean to stretch something out, to strain or to go hard at something.
- So, the word play is that your brain matter is so small(narrow) you couldn't stretch it out to even respond even if you wanted to.
- This ties into the previous bar about being braindead. Thanks @paulgallegos
Naglalim-laliman, ang sarap mong ilublob sa dagat
(Delving depths, it feels good to dip you in the sea)
- Here, the way that he's doubles on lalim->laliman is a way you conjugate the verb for when someone is attempting something (but failing).
'Di kailangang magpatunay sa sinuman na nakikinig
(No need to prove anything to whoever is listening)
- Something to note is that the whole scheme has mentioned the senses starting with the head (brain dead, not functioning) -> like HEAD honcho? Nobody's got a head like mine? (pause, no diddy)
- In this bar, he starts to mention listening (ears), and the next bars you could say that he starts to allude to not being able to detect these bars through senses (sight?) and words (mouth).
'Di masasalag ng sintido o ng iyong bibig
(It cannot be detected by your senses or your mouth)
- salag also means to defend/dodge against sth.
- sintido means your temple (head) = sense
- The double here being that you can't see these bars coming, AND you cannot defend nor dodge them.
- No words you can spit are going to be able to defend against them either.
My Tagalog isnt perfect, never studied it formally but this is what I came away with! Feel free to let me know if I missed something.

Ez mill going from loose lips to the titanic bar is also from the idiom “loose lips sinks ships”
Did he say loose lips? I thought it was new slips/noose slips? Wonder if it was intended to be a triple homophone
Came to say the same. Was a great bar, surprised knox missed that one.
I love how you are letting the song play out before you go back and break it down, makes it much more enjoyable as a viewer

My 1st time hearing EZ Mill. Dude is a tremendous lyricist! Now I understand why Em wanted him. He has a laid back cadence that draws you in too. Finally started watching reactions to the new album. Had to start with my man Knox of course!! 🎉
While it isn't a good scenario, I got excited to hear a reference to my hometown by Em!!
Listen to realest by Ez Mil and Eminem
Can't go wrong with Knox 😊
Go find and listen to Ez Mil "IDK", it's hands down one of the most bar heavy free verses you'll hear.
Check out Freeze by Ez it's one of my fav. I knew this kid was gonna get grabbed up quick after watching IDK

I love the fact that so many people who speak Tagalog instantly jumped in to give us a translation to EZ's bars. Especially @ShadowPatriot12 wrote an amazing breakdown here explaining double entendres and linguistic contexts for the lines.
Em said to listen in order. Both directions are correct. Two different stories. Fucking genius.
same story different perspectives
i just hope there’s another album connected to this one
Eminem lost control of himself to Shady in TDOSS. Maybe in the next album Eminem will try to regain control. Then they will get to the conclusion that they are better off merged, like in Houdini video clip.
This album is DAMN
Whoever caught it lemme know

Not me expecting Knox to understand what EZ was saying 😅 Can’t blame me, dude catches everything.

Important note for y'all, when EZ says "Utak mo lang may tama" (only your brain is right), in Tagalog/Filipino, that's an insult... When people say "May tama ka sa utak", it means you got hit in the head and there's something wrong with it and you don't think right... EZ mil's Tagalog verse:
"Kwarenta-singko na kalibre o nuwebe, 'kaw na bahala"
= .45 cal or .9mm, it's up to you
"Sa dinami-rami mong mali, utak mo lang may tama"
= out of all your mistakes, your brain is the only right
mali = wrong/mistakes
tama = right/correct
in Tagalog context it can also mean as hit/shot at or braindead or retard.
"Sa kitid mo mag-isip, pare, 'la ka man lang na banat"
= your ability to think is narrow, you don't even got nothing to say
Banat = in Tagalog context this could mean as a bar or to do/say something
"Naglalim-laliman, ang sarap mong ilublob sa dagat"
= you acting like your deep, I'm about to plunge you into the sea
"'Di kailangang magpatunay sa sinuman na nakikinig"
= No need to prove anything to anyone who's listening
"'Di masasalag ng sintido o ng iyong bibig"
= Can't stop/block it with your temple or your mouth
Salag = block or stop or defend
Tagalog words can mean different base on what context it's being used on sentences.
The last line summarizes the verse as if you can't take these bars I'm coming with or like a gun bar, you literally can't stop or take it you can't do anything about it.

Translation/Detailed Breakdown (Ez Mil Head Honcho Tagalog Verse)
Lines that have a parentheses line means it could be interpreted in multiple ways (entendre)
"45 caliber or 9, your choice
You have made a lot of mistakes (Out of all your misses) (You have lots defects)
Your brain will take the hit (Only your brain took the hit) (Only your brain was correct - It's sarcastic because it also implies that even your brain has its flaws)
With your narrow thinking, you couldn’t even respond
Delving Depths/Feigning depth, I'd love to submerge you in the ocean
No need to prove anything to those who are listening
Won't be deflected by reason or your words (Your temple or mouth will not stop this)"
[Both entendre on the last line tie into the previous lines specially this line "Your brain will take the hit"]
1. Your reasoning and words will just make you look dumb (all bars went through your head)
Take both entendre, it will now be interpreted like this
2. 45 caliber or 9, your choice. Don't try to reason or talk your way out of this. You've made a lot of mistakes, and now your life will end. Whether through your temple or your mouth, this bullet will hit your brain
"45 caliber or 9" = Bar Heavy or Flow Smoothly
Breakdown:
Tama: Hit/Correct
Mali: Wrong/Mistake/Miss
Utak Lang May Tama: Headshot/Brain damaged or not in the right mind/Questioning intellectual(contextual)
Sintido: Temple (body part)/Sense (Sintido Komon is Common Sense)
Bibig: Mouth
Salag: Deflect
Salag ng Sintido o Bibig: Deflect by reason or words/Block by temple or mouth

Beautiful dissection Knox! What a dream collab with Ez Mil and Em!
Knox is underrated man, no other reactor understands the craft better than this man💪🏽😤
Kwarenta-singko na kalibre o nuwebe, 'kaw na bahala
- 45 caliber o 9, you decide
Sa dinami-rami mong mali, utak mo lang may tama
- all the mistakes you've made, only your brain has damage
["tama" means correct but has also different meaning like an idiom so in this case "tama" means "has damage"]
Sa kitid mo mag-isip, pare, 'la ka man lang na banat
- Buddy, you are so narrow minded, you couldn't say a bar
Naglalim-laliman, ang sarap mong ilublob sa dagat
- Pretending to be deep, I'd really like to drown you in the ocean
'Di kailangang magpatunay sa sinuman na nakikinig
- Don't need to prove anything to anyone who is listening
'Di masasalag ng sintido o ng iyong bibig
- Your conscious or mouth can't defend
Not sure if I translated properly some of the words are "makata" or in deep filipino language, hope this helps.
Thank you so much! ❤
Di masasalag ng sentido o ng iyong bibig
- couldn't be parried by either your temple or your mouth
Also "send my new slips as tightly than how these boots fit" I keep hearing "noose slips more tightly" not sure if its anything purposeful or just what im hearing😂
Also writing on the wall-graffiti. Shout out to Ezs Act 1 album.
I still think you and Ez need to collab. The bars would be insane

"Im a queen when i run up" could also refer to the act of promoting a pawn after it "runs up" the board to the other side. Saying he got himself a promotion
There's a clever double there..
I'm a queen/mcqueen when I run up
Run up= move quick like lightning mcqueen. (Cars reference)
Ez Mil Head Honcho Tagalog Verse Translation/Breakdown
by PaintingTurbulent825
This verse is about ending someone, either through lyricism or violence:
"45 caliber or 9, your choice
You have made a lot of mistakes (You have a lot of wrongs/misses)
Your brain will take the hit (Only your brain took the hit)
Your narrow-mindedness leaves you without a comeback
Feigning depth, I'd love to submerge you in the ocean
Don't have to prove to anyone that listens
Your senses or mouth won't perceive it."
Here's the wordplay breakdown:
Tama: Hit/Correct
Mali: Wrong/Mistake/Miss
Utak May Tama: Headshot/Brain damaged or not in the right mind
Sintido: Temple (body part)/Sense
Picture the scene: a gun pointed point-blank at someone's temple or mouth.
"Your senses or mouth won't perceive it" "Your brain will take the hit"
This Tagalog verse ties seamlessly into the previous English lines.

It's also kind of prophetic because of how many fans out there are not giving this track a chance simply because EZ raps in another language for like...20 seconds of it, and immediately thinks they "cant relate" to him because of it
Ez and Em never backed off while proving themselves
First in realest and now Head Honcho! Dope artists!!
This might help you disect EZ mils filipino rap verses
“Kwarenta y singko na kalibre o nuwebe, ‘kaw na bahala”
= .45 cal or .9mm, your choice.
So the whole filipino rap verse is a gun bar following the line where he said he pull the guns out. He starts out by letting his supposed victim to choose the gun himself.
“Sa dinami-rami mong mali, utak mo lang may tama”
= Out of the many things you did wrong, your brain is the only thing that’s right.
So this is a double entendre playing off the meaning of the words:
Mali - means wrong
Tama - means right but also means getting hit
Utak - means brain
Tama sa utak - means braindead (ret hard)
So the verse could mean all of the three below:
- Out of the many things you did wrong, your brain is the only thing that’s right. (Literal meaning)
- Out of the many things you did wrong, your brain is the only thing that got hit. (Meaning following the gun bar)
- The many things you did wrong, was because you’re braindead. (Double)
“Sa kitid mo mag-isip pare, wala ka man lang nabanat”
= you’re so narrow minded, you got no bars hit (me).
On this part i think he’s following up on the double of the last line where he said braindead and also following the gun bar saying that you got no hit.
“Naglalimlaliman, sarap mong ilublob sa dagat”
= pretending to be deep, i want to drown you in the sea.
“Di kailangan magpatunay sa sinuman na nakikinig”
= no need to prove anything to any one that listens.
“Di masasalag ng sentido o nang iyong bibig”
= Can’t block it with your temple or even your mouth.
That last line finishes both the gun bar and the braindead scheme he has on the filipino verse.
Thank you
Knox, this the one! This why Google translate can't replace a human. Thanks, jomar0001!

My favourite on the whole album 🔥 been waiting for you to get this one 😍
How they js be rhyming together is so fire.
I wanted you to say loose lips sink ships so badly, Ez was hinting at that like 3 times and you didn't mention it. His loose lips could sink cruise ships, because his rhyme/ flow is that strong.
Lose lips sink ships, It could also mean : ratting out destroy relationships (friends, homies).
This is definitely my favorite hook on the album
Listening to an Em song featuring Ez is just so heartwarming. From the teenage boy Ez who fell in love with metal, worked his ass off to create music, making 9 metal bands online with people from diff countries just to create songs x music. Then transitioning to other genres while still making some deathcore in his album. His music journey is beautiful x inspiring. a lot of hard work x strugglin but here he is now ❤
Fr Head Honcho is one of my favorites
EZ's last verse was over 20 seconds long using a single breath. Nobody catching that
Fr
In 'Realist' he shows his lung capacity and how fast he can rap too. He's definitely got skills! I like him a lot.
he did say he been practicing breath control! 😤😤😤

He could also talking about the move Castling.
There is a shot on that line.. If they r real emcees they'll respond
The Maestro of Bar Breaker's ' @ Knox Hill maraming maraming Salamat sa suporta!!! Mabuhay ka...God bless 🙏🙏🙏🇵🇭🇵🇭🇵🇭🇵🇭🇵🇭❤❤❤
Knox just be on another level breaking down this track.
I’ve been waiting for this breakdown. Thank you Knox, you’re the best as always!🔥
#EzMilSuccessTrain🐝
#Head Honcho
I saw on the original video the Tagalog verse is also chess bars
Yes sir been waiting for Knox reaction on this ❤❤❤
We are here fo Ez, Em and Knox! Much luv!!!🔥🔥🔥
Ez Mill has been straight 🔥 from day 1. He is the whole package.
You are so good on translating. Thank you. Now I understand more
When he says "To drown Titanical Cruise Ships" you can hear the ship's horn go off, making that line hit SO much harder!🔥🔥
Knox hands up bruh! I love the way you react ez's spit. As a filipino fell so proud knox ty. God bless
Em and Ez definitely braught the fire on this track🔥🔥🔥
Best analysis & detailed description. Knox is the best on YT. Subbed. ❤️❤️❤️
They both killed it🔥🔥🔥🔥💯💯
I been saying this the best song the ez mil chorus is crazy and the verses were fire
Also, Basketball Rokie..the Jack the reapper and poor rose...going back to Titanic scheme
Knox has made a lot of us appreciate rap to another level 🎉
I'm half just like Ez Mil and his tagalog part is 🔥🔥🔥🔥. Philippines love Eminem (they even play his music in malls censor-free) and this song got em 1000000x crazier for him.
Great song . Both killed it . Awesome break down boss
Knox doing his old best how to breakdown specially Ez Mil verse so 🔥 thanks Knox
Been waiting for your reaction to this for a few days now. Thank you!
Cross a king or "kings cross" is an exceptional chess move where the rook* protects the king
kwarenta sinko na calibre o nueve ikaw na bahala = 45 caliber or 9, it's up to you
sa dinami rami mong mali utak mo lang may tama = you have so many mistakes your brain is the only one with a hit ('may tama' is a word play which lowkey means there's something wrong with your brain)
sa kitid mo mag isip pare la ka man lang nabanat = with your narrow thinking, you couldn't even respond; it's important to know the word play kitid = narrow, nabanat = literally means extend but in context it means respond
nag lalimlaliman ang sarap mong ilublob sa dagat = 'nag lalimlaliman' means acting like you're deep; it makes me wanna drown you in the ocean
di kailangan mag patunay sa sino man na nakikinig = no need to prove to anyone who's listening
di masasalag ng sintido o ng iyong bibig = can't be defended/blocked by your temple/head or your mouth
can't blame the guys who can't explain the word plays in other comments I've known EZ to drop a lot of Tagalog word plays in his songs
