      Yes true. Remember the Mt. Pinatubo eruption after it devastated Region 3 , it allows it to flourish for the fertilizer.

      based on my research the first colored tv came between the year 1946-1950
      i just type 80's because there are still black and white tv those days since people cant afford too much that day only rich people because the price range at $129 - $1295 still there are few tv's back then till now they dont have it anymore but only in antique shops where the old materials for those past years will be bought for what they sell and yet i think those small tvs with black and white the proce will became more higher since its a long time ago

      Hello smart one. Have you not learned what type of chemicals are contained in Volcanic Ash? You can't just wash it off LOL

      Taal's volcanic ashes are microscopic particles of silica (glass). Even if you scrub the pineapple very hard, some particles will always remain. That is why you dont take the risk of eating one because even a small amount of silica will cause problems with your digestion

      It's not about being picky, it's because Philippines is a multilingual country so it means that there's lots or religions that live here, and unfortunately for Chinese being visuall unappealing is enough for us to not buy it even of how we want it or need it even, so tell us that we are picky we are just scared
      And just for more information there's sulfur in the ash so you can't just "wash it off"

    Ash improves the quality of the soil, so it's better for them in long run. Probably have to write off the current harvest though

    the farmers were benefit for years from the rich oil in volcanic land, I don't really feel bad for them. They have had benefit growing crops around an active volcano, they should know the risk.

      I think the concern is the loss they will have for this year, considering Pineapples takes a long time to grow. But after this, they will indeed have fertile soil for agriculture, and hopefully they will sirive this to get the benefits of that volcanic ash.
      I hope the local government or the national will help them for this year.

      Sulfur the problem it can be cleaned but the sulfur we were trying to research how to get rid of sulfur from fruits and pineapple etc.
