every. single. member. is sheer class. this absolutely slaps
One thing I dislike that recent Psycroptic does is that each of their songs has a SUPER groovy, head banging part like at 1:45 (SO catchy) - but they only keep it going for like 10 seconds before going off on less catchy tangents.. keep it going longer!

I never finished listening to the last album because it was too good.
First thing I have instantly noticed is the drumming. The mix is so much better can actually here everything Dave is doing. And the double bass isn't as clicky. Good shit👍

I originally got into mastadon from their leviathan album, and was kinda hoping for more of that - but as you described it they went “space hippie mode”. Who knows what they would have out out if they tried to do shit similar to leviathan

My only criticism of modern Psycroptic Is that theyve ditched those ever so tastey and frequent tempo and time changes. At least they replaced them with ungodly riffing lol
