I worked on Main Street drawing characters during this - it was one of my favorite parades right after Hercules. The Asian performers that they outsourced for this (the acrobats, drummers, spinners, etc) worked their ASSES off. Totally gave the parade regulars a run for their money. And you included the storybook windows! Bravo

Love this! I was a freshman in high school when this debuted. My friend actually was in the parade as one of the float operators holding the puppets behind the drummers scene. He was only 17 but got the job. I used to go and see him and watched this parade so many times. Loved it. That was the first year I bought an annual pass. 22 years later and I've been a passholder ever since.

This was a spectacular parade it's so weird to watch it now and to look at how unenthusiastic the crowd is that sitting along the sidewalk. I love the way that they put this together Thank you for sharing

What a unique parade! I love that some of the floats (like the first one with mulan on the bridge) are more like puppets being controlled by cast members instead of the traditional wheeled floats. The dancers are gorgeous and the remix of "Honor to us all" is also really fun sounding!

I knew I wasn't crazy! I vaguely remember a Mulan-thened parade. I thought Disneyland Anaheim had an area in the park for Mulan at one point but I guess not.
