Completely agree, however I would also say that every singer in this ensemble is over the top talented. But Kate especially, it seems that the ladies are the strength of this group. Nothing but admiration and love for the guys, they’re amazing also. But the girls compliment each other in such a way that it’s other worldly. Voctave is just built differently, they do things that didn’t even seem possible before.
hahaha yes exactly THIS! When I first saw this video of Voctave I felt the same. It's such a gorgeous piece of art. Especially the more you watch it, you notice all these little things as well like the "background" singing when the princesses switch, these are all these chill-moments when the choir comes all together and e.g. when "Arielle" sings, kinda at the very end you notice this super high background voice from the first princess, gosh this is soooooo goood!!

I really like the voice of the lady who sang colors of the wind. She doesn't have a typical 'Disney princess' voice, but she did an amazing job and sounded incredible. Also my favorite Voctave song is a mashup of Carol of the Bells and The Bells of Notre Dame.

Hannah! Voctave, the singers actually work for Disney here in Orlando. They sing at one of the hotels. And then started this group outside of that. They are absolutely amazing. Please react more of them. Please please please
They do work at Disney but they’re all current or former members of Voices of Liberty which performs at Epcot under the dome in the American Pavilion. But yes they started Octave out of that :) Or at least I hope the current members are still there...Disney made a shit ton of entertainment cuts and sadly hardly anyone was spared...

All the women are amazing (loved the Mulan and Pocahontas mainly) but big shout-out to the boys! They were amazing and their voices so low they just filled my heart. This is amazing I almost cried.

My absolute favorites by Voctave are Carol of the Bells of Notre Dame, O Come All Ye Faithful, Great Movie Medley (which has almost no words but is a spectacular example of using voices as instruments), and Someday, their most recent video.
Their first tenor (i think his name is EJ) is INCREDIBLE!!! this whole group is just mind-blowing. they have a video on their channel of a live performance of The Impossible Dream with an orchestra and choir behind them. and it is one of the absolute best things that i've ever heard.
Someone may have already suggested Voctave's "Someone Like You" featuring Jody McBrayer. Listen to Kate Lott's control at about the 3:40 mark. Such a soft, tender note, and as thin as gossamer, and such control. I have chills just thinking about it.
You should definitely check out more by Vocatave their whole catalog is amazing! So their "Disney Love Medley" is great! Their rendition of "O' Come All Ye Faithful" "Poor Unfortunate Souls" Anything Halloween and Christmas!!

Literally every Voctave song is a masterclass in singing - individually, as a group and singing a capella. Any song they sing is a good song...well, actually amazing! My absolute favorites by Voctave are Carol of the Bells of Notre Dame, O Come All Ye Faithful, Great Movie Medley (which has almost no words but is a spectacular example of using voices as instruments), and Someday, their most recent video.

Their first tenor (i think his name is EJ) is INCREDIBLE!!! this whole group is just mind-blowing. they have a video on their channel of a live performance of The Impossible Dream with an orchestra and choir behind them. and it is one of the absolute best things that i've ever heard.

You should definitely check out more by Vocatave their whole catalog is amazing! So their "Disney Love Medley" is great! Their rendition of "O' Come All Ye Faithful" "Poor Unfortunate Souls" Anything Halloween and Christmas!!
I recommended this one in one of your previous videos because I knew you’d love it! I’m obsessed with anything Voctave. Another of my favorites that doesn’t seem to be as popular is their version of Beauty and the Beast with Sandi Patty. It’s Gorgeous!!

Literally every Voctave song is a masterclass in singing - individually, as a group and singing a capella. Any song they sing is a good song...well, actually amazing!
