DO NOT BRING YOU VEHICLE TO DELTA SONIC if you have any form of ROOF RAIL system. Their rotary cleaners will get caught on the rail and damage it. Speaking from experience, my 70K vehicle is now damaged, they submitted a claim and now month later I find out they will only pay a FRACTION of what it costs to fix it. I should have know better, as when I was waiting for them to write up the claim, 2 other customers were there stating they haven’t heard anything from the company after weeks of waiting.
They have a serious problem and don’t care! You’re treated like you should have known better!
Just so you know, to fix the roof rail system, the interior ceiling must be dropped to get to the rack connectors. Sounds easy right?? Of course not!! But they don’t care. After months of bugging their claims department, they offer cents on the dollar to fix.
Thanks DELTA SONIC for damaging my FORD EXPLORER ST and expecting me to accept your lousy customer service!!!
