Most of these aviation innovations will only be made available to the super rich, as most people, even if they have family living in another city or country, will only be confined to 15 mins smart cities and will not be permitted to travel out of the big cities (only the super rich will have that exclusive right) and most people will not be permitted to live in Rural areas (only the super rich will) - even online, contacting family members in another city or country will be tightly controlled, monitored and regulated for most people, as will every other aspect of the daily lives of most people, right down to the smallest details - the super rich (the ruling classes) will not be subjected to any such restrictions
