Are there useful settings for the camera to take pics more natural looking, especially without changing the red color tone?

Not that I know of within the camera app... a quick edit though in the photos app will work though

If you have the money and is available try Sony Xperia Pro I although it is few years old considering you have Sony camera and its accessories you can use that phone as your 2nd screen
