@@jaopedrorelesbeles yeah, he'll let them die to further his own goals (but the thing is that they'll do it willingly), but that doesn't mean he doesn't care. When Vergo was dying, he was sad, and he heartfully thanked him for all he did for him. When he was ambushing the Sunny, he gave up on attacking them just to save Giolla, losing the chance of getting back Caesar. These are just two examples, but he has shown affection for his crew countless times.

Not sure if Oda did this on purpose, I’m sure he did, but Doffy and his executives in that last shot looks like the Gorosei bowing to Imu.. Since Doffy’s whole thing is trying to imitate them

Doffy was a broken kid, spoiled in a world where he didn't belong, maybe after being rejected by the celestials dragons, he could find a path in the grand line, maybe not, but finding Trebol and the rest as a support and then they keep inflating his ego, turn this little monster into a nightmare for many, many countries, is so tragic
The people's lines when they hang Doffy are cut, perhaps because they are too extreme, but I think it's important because it makes it more tragic. "The enslaved daughter came back and killed herself." "My son was killed because he crossed in front of The Celestial Dragons." "The Celestial Dragons blinded me for fun."
I can definitely agree that Doflamingo's part is one of the best, and Doflamingo himself is one of, and arguably the best villain of the series so far (Katakuri is more of an honorable opponent than a villain, but Lucci is definitely debatable as well) However, Dressrosa itself suffered from some really slow moments that put it down a bit. It's certainly really good, but not the absolute best in OP imo
The lower corner red hair girl doesn't understand the impact of this scene. Those villagers are boiling with years and years of constant mental and physical torture. Some of them might have lost their sons, daughters or finance or someone they loved. That loss grew into hatred, an uncontrollable desire that seeks revenge on celestial dragons by any means and coming from their POV what they did was absolutely justifiable. Those Celestial dragons did way more worse shits.
