Passed my exam today on the first try!! So glad I found your video a few months ago. I used your compucram promotion and studied continuously for 2-3 months. My suggestion to anyone newly studying is to try as many practice questions as possible and do a full simulated exam every few days. The more questions you’re exposed to, the better. Excited to start my new adventure in Origination. Thank you Charlie!
FYI: The CompuCram NMLO exam prep is transitioning over to OnCourse learning. I'm not sure exactly if the OnCourse learning platform is the same or similar to what is shown on this video.
@@itscard0man No you don’t. A lot of people actually recommend you only go for one. But I have both and can tell you some of the pros & cons for each. MLO: Pros - Less competition, ability to be a w-2 salary employee (Job security), Remote job usually, Ability to switch to a broker commission based style whenever you want. Cons - Much harder studying/exams, more complicated day to day job duties, market is hard to find work in right now compared to previous years due to less people refinancing, buying, and selling Real estate License: Pros - Easier exams, much more support in terms of classes & popularity, less boring day to day & easier job in terms of complications Cons - Income insecurity, your income depends on how many closings you can generate, not usually remote, always going to show/list houses or meet clients
yea if you just search "compu cram" instead of going through the link you'll get to the right place, i made the mistake of buying real estate test prep🙃
Hi Charlie, i am planning to take the MLO exam for California, which one should I take the federal or the state MLO and whats the difference? Thank you
What is studying the right way? I bought the pre-course on Compucram and those practice test are hard!!! I do all my studying but still get half wrong. 😢😫
I know this comment is dated quite far but for other people in your situation, keep taking those tests over and over and over again and you will slowly learn the things you keep getting wrong. For things that just arent clicking, ask AI to explain it for you.
Hi, I’m not seeing where the pre- license course material or classes are. I see a pre approved corse one NMLS but than how is that diff than compucram? The NMLS website leave a lot of uncertainty. Am I correct there is only one test or two?
this video was so helpful I will pass the comment again after I pass my test ! How do you know you are ready to take the exam . What should you score on your practice test . I want to take this test once!
Not at all. Im not great at math myself but if you learn the basics of percentages and the formulas for calculating rations from the MLO course you should be just fine.
Hi Mr. Chang, thank you for your recommendation on the Prep exam. I clicked the link and purchased the Prep Exam. But is it the same for each state? I did not choose WA state though.

Was the test “hard” or did using the study course make it relatively easy? What percentage did you pass by?
I struggle in learning ARM's and Debt-to-Income ratios. I got my 20 hours in. Still have no idea
