Look at the bottom of the vertical stand you will see the detail on it like the PlayStation symbols are very hard to miss The little feat are color to match the design if you look at the feet to a regular slim you will see they are white and the controller the grip has the play station symbols
How close is this edition's silver to the Sterling Silver slim plates? Thinking of going the cheapo route of just slapping those in my PS5 and throw in a sticker under them
Everyone that got these, i myself included got to treat these Boxes like Rolex Boxes 😂 My homie and I are gonna gift trade so two PS5 Slims Pre-Order Scalped (I’m sorry) one for him, and I. I also got the 30th Dual Sense Edge! Gave my Base PS5 to my Older Bros, I did miss it but I’m glad I got a PS5 and a Special Edition on top of that! Don’t worry I have my PC too, have the best of both worlds 🙌
Really wanted a 30th anniversary PS5 Pro but the standard PS5 looks better with this colour scheme than the PS5 Pro, also really wanted the 20th anniversary PS4 Pro that one looks so good!
I kind of wish I got a 30th pro now as well. I think it looks really cool. The price was just a little steep for me. I could have got it but I’d only really be getting it for FF7 Rebirth and to be honest I’m in no rush to go through that game again, it’s a pretty depressing a miserable game half way though not to mention it pissed me off so much graphically. Outside of that, the other improvements in other games just don’t seem that impressive, whilst the improvements in Rebirth are huge.
@@axelstone3131 I think some people just expected too much as its still just a PS5 just a bit more powerful to push game to meet their targets. i never played ff7r on the base machine but seen how blurry it was through digital foundry. to be fair its hard to see through compressed 1080p video any kind of difference in most games and asking people to buy a new tv along with a $700 console is understandably too much for the economy we are in but the display makes a difference. And its a massive difference seeing in person which i recommend if you want to judge for yourself.
@@dansolo6417 I don’t agree. The PlayStation 5 is 9 times more powerful than the PlayStation 4 and outside of cinematics it really doesn’t look any better than remake. What’s strange is remake is running at a clear resolution with a solid frame rate, there are only a few areas with poor textures, slums and wall market, and some poor asset quality. Outside of the that, I think the game looks great. I was impressed with it and still am. I don’t underhand why rebirth is running on much more powerful hardware but can’t sustain a clear resolution, has inconsistent graphical quality/textures/ low quality npc’s/animations across the board. Anyways, it was okay but a disappointing for me. I will say that it does look much much better on the pro though. I really considered getting a pro just for it
@@axelstone3131 rebirth performance mode is blurry AF on base ps5 and rebirth is not on PS4 I don't know what caused the confusion. Remake on PS4 had major issues with loading models and higher quality textures loaded in too slowly TBF and the game tries to help the PS4 by having loads of corridors and bends to give more time for the PS4 to load and update assets. Rebirth is targeting a higher resolution and the draw distance is way further than remake and you can see that there is way more going on such as mpcs and vegetation. I agree with you though game shouldn't have been blurry like that on base ps5 performance mode and I'm sure they could have done a better job with it. The pro makes it look like a new game almost but some things like pop in is still horrendous it's kind of an eyesore and annoying.

Been a "real fan" since the PS1. We had to try 4 times to finally get one of these units, everytime retailers dropped limited stock they were gone quick - not helped by all the scalpers. This was by no means gifted to us...

@clivemerritt I don't mean keeping it sealed, but he removed the plastic protecting the glossy parts, so it's gonna get scratched for sure; like the ps2 slim model 9000; I suppose one could polish it though;
a sealed or mint one with no microscratches on the glossy plastics is much more desirable for a collector than a used one. Loads of people collect to display in there game room collection. @@clivemerritt
How can you compare the PS4 to the PS5 the PS4 was only 500 gb not enough storage the PS5 is more powerful it plays PS4 games and PS5 games and has 1 TB the PS5 Pro which I got has 2 TB no where to compare the PS4 your not even comparing the PS4 Pro

Unlike the previous versions, this one’s got a poor quality box and everything, I guess they kept the “real” unboxing experience for the Pro version

Where did you find the screw for the stand? I can’t find one for my anniversary slim

The ps5 should been this to begin with. The box is work of art. All controllers should have the colored buttons all the time.
