I worked on this last night. Is anyone having issues with their project not staying flat?

I know what you are talking about. I'm wondering if there is a bit that isn't right. The first ring goes on right, but about halfway through the second ring, something doesn't work. Nobody seems to have actually made the project, we simply all agree that the design is beautiful. I notice a lot of stopping and starting in the video, and that's possibly where something got messed up. I'm hoping it's just me, and the next time through, everything will work out.
