Great instructions and guidance! I love having the dog in the video too 🐾 the room has a little too much reverb ( echos) hard to hear on some parts- try dampening walls ✌🏽

The back release worked wonders for me almost immediately! I could squat without feeling “stuck” and felt more balanced as well when walking!
How often should the release be done along with the strengthening exercises? Thanks so much!

Are we doing both sides or just the higher side?
Hello, I am trying to recuperate from right hip replacement which has been great. But my long existing back issues, trendolberg syndrome ,and trocanteric hip bursitis are all delaying the great recovery. How do I deal with all this at once. I am 7weeks out from the replacement. My surgeon is not happy with my recovery so far. Feels I am behind. Ever time I try to push forward I feel I can hardly walk. Which they want me to do alot of. What to do?
how are you doing now ???? I have the same situation , was you able to walk normal ?
