You can play PvE with the new update for 1.0. You can now lock slots to AI so you can play against an AI team, or just put all slots to AI if you don't want to play players

That was soooo cooool! It reminds me a lot of Elite Dangerous with all the buttons and loadouts, etc. Should we start calling you Heero Yuy (the protagonist of Mobile Suit Gundam Wing)?
This is really cool, but that is wayyyy too involved and a lot to learn with all of those switches. You can’t easily drop in and get going any time without having to try to remember everything that you have to do. I think it needs to reduce it a little. A mix between super simple Titanfall 2 and this. Maybe a little detailed but this seems like a lot. Like on the emp hit on this? Just have the mech freeze for 7 seconds lol.
It's really not that complicated. Most of the time you're holding the arm controls and using the joystick and buttons on your controllers, but the point of having to touch other controls to do other things is to make it feel like you're piloting a mech. Like I said, the game forces a tutorial when you first load it to go over everything. It's easy to get the hang of.

Man i still wish there was a sandbox with mechs instead of just mech pvp.
A story mode would be nice.

so your dream VR game is without singleplayer content?
My dream is to pilot a mech. Simple as that. There is some singleplayer in the form of bot battles, but I do wish there was also a campaign mode.
@ overlrd has the deepest mech experience I have seen in VR but very early access. Probably has the most potential and customization
