Every time i watch one of these im always impressed by the ability of the Thai fighters to sweep effortlessly. Their timing and understanding of balance is incredible

I am very jealous of those who got to meet Saenchai and spar with him. I did not know enough Muay Thai to try going to one of these meetups, so I will just live vicariously through these videos lol
Same but it’s motivation to get started because I did not even know they would come to a place like Seattle.
If you get a chance please go to these seminars...even at beginner level you can benefit if you understand and can do basic strikes... I've been to multiple seminars with Saenchai here in the states, and it's a great time!

I've watched a lot of these videos and have to say this gym in Seattle had some of the most respectful people sparring. Not one of them got out of control or tried to prove more than they should. Well done.

These videos are amazing, I am not a thai boxer, I am a karateka but I would love spar with masters like saenchai and superlek and learn all I could of them
