David Morrissey has done an amazing job portraying the governor. He's made him a far more three dimensional interesting character than he was in the comic book.

6:31 he's recording the sound of the whistling to see how good the quality of the recording is. He wants to record the sounds of him torturing Michonne so he can play it back later once she's dead.

The chains that he was using were the same ones that Michonne had on her pet walkers. The rings went around their necks. I wish Andrea would have made it to the prison and talked to rick. So close yet so far away.. you guys are so close to the season finale!!!! Another season almost over!! Great reaction as always!! Also, congrats on 10k subscribers!!!
As unrealistic as this episode can be, the factory scene is like watching a slasher film. I remember being so terrified for Andrea watching that scene for the first time. Then she gets so close to safety and fails in the end. So frustrating!!
Underrated episode. Gov stalked her like a horror movie.
That's why its considered bad, its too convenient for him.
The song the Governor is whistling is the same one he sang to Penny. Spooky!

Andrea was so close to the prison and as soon as Rick could see her The Governor pops up and Milton is really stepping up to the plate
The Governor is an infuriatingly evil villain. Perfectly played.
I always took that Rick saw something, but then when he looked again and he didn't see anything, he shook it off because he had been seeing "stuff and thangs" lately. I just knew it was too good to be true that Andrea reached the prison, but when the Governor took her down, I was like, "Aww, c'mon!!!!"

Poor Andrea in that dungeon. All I can think about is those days on the sunny farm they spent with the green fields, which is a total dream compared to her current situations. I wish Shane was around to help Andrea in this episode!
Shane vs. The Govenor is the matchup I never knew I wanted. 2 psychopaths going at each other.
I could totally see Shane and Andrea kicking ass in this episode. That would have been amazing.

The scary movie episode, I remembered getting so frustated the first time I watched it, I just knew Andrea was gonna get caught, it annoyed the hell out of me haha
He was whisting in that room for the recorder he was testing out. He has the recorder to record his torture so the sick bastard can replay it. He's beyond Disturbed. Love watching your reaction to TWD, it's so similar to me and my daughter Lacie's reaction to this show.

Milton knows Andrea went for the prison and he’s the only person who knows the Governor went after her. It all depends on whether or not he believes the Governor didn’t find her.
i have a theory that they are getting more and more deaf as a result from so much gunfire. can't know for sure though, but it would explain the situations where they suddenly run into hordes they should have heard a while ago

Fun little creepy thing about the Governor this episode. The tune he was whistling was the same tune he hummed too his daughter earlier in the season.

Another episode I don't like, they used Horror movie tactics for the governor in this episodes. He was conveniently in all places that he was supposed to, to able to get Andrea and some how was able to take out all those walkers and catch up to her. Walkers I'm fine with pooping up out of no were cause they are fictional monsters and have been doing it the whole show. However when they did it for the governor in this episode it just made it not believable.

I never really liked Andrea, but I felt sorry for her. She took too long to realize she needed to get away from the Governor. I was really hoping that she would have made it back to Rick and her friends.

Lacey's correct Andrea covered herself with the door ! making the Governor a meal on the move lol ..... Milton gave himself away by bringing up the pits first and the look in Milton's eyes is that of someone who is Intimidated and almost to afraid to make eye contact (That's one of the sign's of liar ) ..

If you were in Andrea's position would you even try to make it back to Rick and company or get out of dodge as fast as possible ? great reactions both of you keep posting and i'll keep watching....

so the chains he has in that room for michonne may hint at what happened in the comics (which im glad they took out of the show) but Spoiler: the governer had her trapped for days where he repeatedly DID stuff to her to break her. In the comics it showed michonne posed in those chains knelt down the way the governor was in that shot. Subtle.

Ngl I totally ship Andrea and Milton. >o> Idk, I guess I just like the concept that she's been into the "bad boy" type, but then ends up liking the soft-hearted scholar type. Not saying that's what happens or doesn't happen; it's just my preference. I've always loved the development they have.
I think Philip caught up to Andrea because Andrea slowed down quite a bit and we don't know how long or how many times. I think she left her guard down after she walked away from him there.
I like the way you can see Philip is cracking toward the end of the episode. The facade he usually has is breaking in front of Tyreese. Normally he answers questions like that with much more ease, but now he's stuttering and slower to come up with an excuse.
The governor ... he is a good bad guy

The continuing adventures of Andrea... doot-doot-doodle-oodle doot doot do do.
Not a lot to say about this one. Andrea does make one smart move with the door. So there's that. But nearly everything else involved here should not have played out as it did. Being found by the Gov. in open country (NOPE!), hiding behind that crate (or whatever) with the top of her head CLEARLY visible to the Gov. (NOPE!), her eventual capture after she eluded the Gov. and the pause for the dramatic wave towards Rick (NOPE!). Uggg. Bad writing annoys me, and this one is full of the stuff. But some bridges have to be crossed to get to the other side. This is one such bridge.
I did enjoy the additional screen time of Sasha and Tyreese, as well as Milton. Again with a smaller cast, they are able to flesh out the characters more. Too bad this episode focused mainly on Andrea... doot-doot-doodle-oodle doot doot do do.
I eagerly await your next reaction. You guys did a great job with this one. Until then, keep on keeping on.
In her defense she probably had to wave to avoid getting shot on sight considering she had blood all over her looking like a walker from afar.

we all want the govenor to lose but you've gotta admit, he's a really compelling and bad ass character.
you guys don't even wanna know what happens to michonne in the comics. it's so brutal and horrid.
This is probably in my top 10 worst episodes. I even prefer the slower episodes in S2 and some of the more publically disliked episodes in the later seasons
