I don't cook as well and you just have to make it work...I will try the low carb wraps..I use lots of tuna, and different vegetablea canned or fresh, yogurt...(no refridgerator) instant coffee..bananas. apples, strawberries...canned chicken. You are right there are a lot of optiond😊
I've really tried to stop taking the easy route with fast food I've gotten out of control with (I just got tired of doing dishes, especially if I wanted to cook because I do from scratch. Saving so much money and my gut feels better! Mostly, I do eat simple and more natural, I just need to do it. I decide what I will eat for the day and have it handy if in route.
That's a lot of good suggestions and healthy. I agree that it is so much better than fast food. It is not only about the fat and salt it's about the cleanliness of those places that makes it better to eat like you. Thanks for sharing.
I really wish that I had made the decision to transition from apartment living into campervan living when I received my ssdi backpay... I would have made such a smarter decision about what kind of vehicle to purchase. However, I do feel that everything happens for a reason and having found my Journey was kismet in a couple of different ways--just wish I had bought her outright, instead of leasing. Had I not made those decisions, though... my precious Apollo wouldn't have joined Loki&I. So... yeah. 😂🎉 Happy New Year!

My partner and I are low carb/keto over a decade after he was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. I guess I would set my fridge on freezer because I'm carnivore atm. Love that you are taking care of your health and love your channel.

MY QUESTION IS? watched your videos got the car fan, twin mattress, two moving blankets, bedding, made my own blackout shades, got lights from harbor freight kind of like yours run of 3 AA batteries pull top up and they light push top down they turn off neat as heck, stove from Walmart single burner, Mr. buddy heater gonna have to wait on the Jackery for now but can purchase a power invertor@ 1000 watts as I'm gonna be homeless soon living in a 2000 ford explorer getting rid of everything but only what I need how does one go about keeping your medications, bar soaps, ect from melting in the summer heat? anu other suggestions would be highly appreciated thanks love your videos

That would need a battery to power it though. In the meantime, if you just went to the thrift store and got a small cooler and purchased ice on those really hot days, it might be best. Hope this helps! Have a fantastic evening!

I was sort of getting interested in the vancamp fridge idea, but I have quite a serious objection to the power bank concept in cars and vans, yet I don't want to be a party pooper so I probably shouldn't say why unless specifically invited to do so. Kind regards.

A little tiny burner that fits on a butane/propane canister. Google it! They are great!! 😃💯🙌🏼
I did Google it and there are many my options under the name MSR. Would you bring yours out and show us how you use it? We all know about the gas ones or many of us do but the MSR is not something we usually see and it would really be nice to have a small packable and reliable alternative to my small stove. Thanks
