- In this train travel guide we go from Munich, Germany to Zurich Switzerland. There was actually two transfers in between. So it is not actually a direct train from Munich to Zurich. But you will get the idea of what to expect when traveling to Switzerland from Germany. There is no immigration processing.

We will be taking a train from Munich to St. Gallen in May. The walk through the Munich train station was very helpful to see. Those additional tracks just outside the main covered part of the station is where we will be boarding our train to St. Gallen Switzerland. Thank you for the "walking tour"

hi, i will be heading to Zurich from MUnich this June (tourist-solo traveler). Im not sure what time he got on the train and what time he arrived in Zurich. But i want to know the earliest trip going there because from Zuich I will be taking another train to Interlaken OST.

It will definitely be cold. You have to change the train a few times but Zurich is nice.

@@princetipo2051 so it's always better to buy tickets early. And i think it is best to wander inside Munich HBF in spare time to familiarize with the way around and the platforms, ahead of check out day
