@kashurludka yeah bro . i think it will take 1000 years more to make them realize that the value of time and good infrastrucuture .and most of the things here work on faith and religeon very less people here are ready to be practical and take his responsibility.. and the phase 2000-2030 is giving a golden chance to india to develop their wont be much after that coz our development is taking place at cost of nature and limited resources provided

indians are boasting now they got better roads ,flyover new metros stadiums , cleanliness .this is year 2010 ! u have been demanding these basic faclities since time of ur independence moreover delhi is national capital ! u had 16 billion dollars to change ur flithy city this amount is enought to make it like new york tokyo seoul shanghai or beijing
