Hi Shruti. I really like ur videos. I had a question , I had taken keratin treatment and hair color around 6 months ago and my hairstylist had suggested me keratin shampoo, conditioner and mask. Shall I continue using that or I should change it. I am asking this because I have heard of protein overload and i really don't get ki kya bala h ye. can u please help me with that. Na it's only babies as it have neutral pH which only baby skin have, for adults scalp pH is near 5.5 so Johnson make ur hair dry af i tried once and then never!

What is a clarifying shampoo?
Anything which has sulphates and super foaming has to be done after every 10 days or depending upon your activity levels and exposure.
The Ingridients thing doesnt much affects your hair externally except sulphates but other Ingridients like phenoxyethanol and edta causes internal probelms like cancers including breast cancer, hormone disbalance, liver dysfunctioning because they get directly absorbed into bloodstream and hence lifestyle diseases originated. You can google everything about the effects .
