Cad weld gone wrong!!

Cad welding a ground cable to building steel. The mold was broken so it didn't weld properly and the entire shot came out of the mold

As someone who works with cad welding, that man was an idiot. 1 gravity is a thing. 2 holding that thing is extreamly dangerous, that's why you get straps and stuff to hold those things in place.

I've never worked with cadweld before, I'm guessing the powder fell out because it was being held upside down?

The powder was in a self contained cup and the mold wasn't being held upside down it had a crack in it which caused all the issue
