Great job! This brings me back to when I used to clean carpets with the Rotovac double head wand back in 2008! I was the only known female in my area for years cleaning carpets 💯
If you continue to work with such a great level of integrity, attention to detail and thoroughness you will be very very successful. Excellent work with that monsoon!!!
I failed as a carpet cleaner I bought the rotovac start a package back in 2010 and by 2012 I sold everything I had left for 1000 bucks to be honest I wasn’t able to give it 100% of my effort I was trying to do it on the side of another full-time job that I had so it was hard to try to do both but I gave it a shot I learned a lot and I Clean the carpet have a lot of lonely old ladies who were talk my ear off
@@jrk1990 well I started during the great recession of 2008, so they probably get help but carpet cleaning is a lot more labor-intensive than people realize especially when you use a portable and I was doing a hard labor job full-time so basically I was already wore out by the time I did any carpet jobs and it just basically kicked my ass, but there were other things out that I learned and one of them is that it’s a lot harder to get work inside of somebody’s house then it is outside of somebody’s house. For example, you would let me cut your grass before you would let me inside to clean your carpet if you think about it, so you have to be a pretty good salesman to be in the carpet cleaning business and I am not the best salesman I guess
@@harryknutts8428 oh wow I’m sorry that didn’t work out, I hope you doing okay now, I want to get into this too as a side hustle/ potential growing, but more of a side thing, I work at a plant from 2:30-10:30, so I wonder will I able to do this while still working, I work for Ford Motor company so pretty good pay and good benefits. I’m just going to try and if it don’t work, at least I tried.
@@jrk1990 like I said, if you do it with the portable, it really kicks your ass bringing that stuff in and out of somebody’s house and hooking it up and then if you have to bring it in your own house at the end of the day it helps if you can leave it in a van or something to where are you at least don’t have to load and unload it on top of the extra work of the job but it’s a lot more physical than I thought it was going to be it looks easy but it’s not and then people try to get you to move furniture and shit and then when you say you don’t want to do it there’s like an awkward silence like you’re the biggest asshole that ever lived because you don’t want to move somebody’s couch after they’ve hired you to clean one room of carpet for $40 or whatever the deal is… Bottom line though I think about it still possibly getting back into it that’s why I watch some of these carpet cleaning videos on TH-cam but if I did do it again I would get a van with a truck mount because it saves a lot of time and a lot of labor but it’s a lot of money to put out to do something part time to try to make a few hundred dollars a week. It’s all how you look at it like I say, I think it’s a lot easier to cut somebody grass and do a little yardwork around somebody’s house as a side hustle
great job friend. I have a question about the estimate I can charge for cleaning a house with 3 bedrooms and a living room, similar to the one you worked on. greetings
Why use the wand that requires a lot of arm and shoulder and back physicality. When you can use the nice Roto vac 360 XL that does all the work for you.

You do awesome work man. Them carpets were looking fresh. I might have to invest into the monsoon, I like it a lot.
Yea man it’s a great machine
Great Job!
Thank you
Good job man! Have you consider using the crb intead of the oreck?
Yea that’s probably gonna be my next big purchase
Is this a heated extractor?
So satisfying 😍😍😍😍😍
Nice job. How much did you charge the homeowner?
What was the prescribed machine called? Also which monsoon do you have? Is it the 250 or 500?
Good Job
Thank you
great job friend. I have a question about the estimate I can charge for cleaning a house with 3 bedrooms and a living room, similar to the one you worked on. greetings
Good work. Is that Rotovac the 220 or 500psi? Does 220 suffice for most residential? What's in your rinse tank? Thanks and God bless.
220 and thanks
Quick question what portable carpet extractor to do you have ? And you run 50ft of hose with it ? You still get good suction ?
Moonson has strong suction up too 200 feet of hoses and they have 250 - 500 psi machines
what he said... the most I ran was 125ft and I honestly it could have took another 100ft
@@jasonsmith2953 great
This is a great machine Ian looking to get one soon.. The 220 psi portable mid 2,000- 500 psi machine mid 3,000s$$$
one of the best portable out... with this machine I'm very confident unlike portables I've used in the past
How is this portable on hard surfaces?
🔥🔥
🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
If you dont use auto pump in how many rooms can you do with the 17 gal tank? Thanks
Depends on size… I did this whole house with wand… 360i uses more water
Are you using a Shark Vacuum?
Use wall corner protectors man.
It’s a must I’ll buy some today thanks lol
Can you use this machine with heat ?
Not sure what ur asking… but with proper pre treat the hot water from the home Is hot enough

I ask myself that all the time 😂😂😂😂 I’m about to stop for sure
This machine has strong suction up to 200 feet of hoses
yes it does
With Stanley Steamer for 36 years, I would say your not very good at this. You're shampooing not steam cleaning
Explain
@@dogoodv2.0 your pushing soap around. Maybe use a inline with a low foam enzyme based prespray
I’m using all fiber rinse what are you talking about??? These carpets are rinsed thoroughly
Don't listen to him he worked for Stanley steamer!!😂
