I will definitely 2022 never lose my key at night 😊 in this week's project, a keyholder boosted by glow powder for shining at night was made. I used brass and resin and green glow powder. In order to have a uniform resin, you need to rest it for 20 minutes, and HDL is used to easily detach the label from the keychain.
In this project, you need passion and patience because sanding the shiny brass metal is very time-consuming. Each time of pruning that is shown in the video consists of 5 steps as follows
1- Very Fine 200, Smoothing finishes between coats
2-Super Fine or Extra Fine 400, Polishing very hard materials such as stone, plastic, and ceramics. Fine sanding with SurfPrep tools.
3-Super Fine or Extra Fine 600, Polishing very hard materials such as stone, plastic, and ceramics. Fine sanding with SurfPrep tools.
4-Super Fine 1000, Slightly wipes away patches/small inconsistencies but is not strong enough for removal.
5-Ultra Fine 2000, the Most delicate abrasives.
