One aspect I really liked about the Beware the Batman show is that he focused on micro sleep and minimizing his amount of sleep while remaining as effective as possible.

Instead of poaching eggs, I prefer to soft boil them and then take them out of the shell. They look much better, and you don't lose any egg in the pot, like often happens when poaching eggs.

Bruce Wayne doesn't have allergies. His body can adapt to sleeping just a few hours a day. He doesn't tire easily. He's a literal genius. He has endurance out the wazoo. One comment I read a *long* time ago made the point that Bruce Wayne is the most literal "Super" human without being Superhuman. He has no actual powers, but he has pretty much every quirky genetic advantage that random humans here in the real world have occasionally (but very rarely) had. -You started much too late. Bruce Wayne started training at the age of eight and has done so with obsessive consistency and insane dedication ever since.
Bruce is like one of those Delta guys. He just consistently achieves feats of extraordinary athleticism on a daily basis that even some of the most physically fit people imaginable gawk at in awe.
It's very likely that a lot of Batman's cardio comes from crime fighting itself. Also, the man mastered micro sleeping and only gets 3 hours of sleep a day, with many naps to keep his brain sharp. Money and plot armor aren't his only super powers

Last winter and well into spring... I used to eat 5 eggs every morning among all other things as my main breakfast... upon waking up I would eat oatmeal... all these thing gave me a lot of energy for training I did

To be honest, this is the only primary reason why I’m starting to exercise more. I love to eat, but I don’t like to look and feel overweight. So I figure if I want to eat as much as I genuinely want, I have to start exercising enough to fully compensate 😂

So like Mon, Wed, Fri to start off, twice a day later when your body is more accustomed to it, don't go twice a day in the beginning because you could injure yourself via shin splints. On Tues and Thurs focus on upper body exercises like crunches, flutter kicks etc. Anything that focuses on your mid section, can do more if you wanna work on arms and neck.
Boar’s Head has a nice selection of hams I’d recommend. My two favourites are Bourbon Ridge, and Rosemary hams. Also Chef, if you find the Herb Crusted Mozzarella, get that. It tastes like cold cheese pizza.

I used to eat about 6-12 eggs a day in various ways. I was never a really fat guy, but I leaned out a ton. My job involved unloading trucks, building pallets and walking across a warehouse all day. My fiance got mad at me, claiming I would get heart problems from all the eggs. I'd buy a 24 pack of eggs every week and a half or so. Now she's cooking for me, and she loves carbs. So I'm fatter than I've ever been. About 200-210

Buy super fresh eggs and strain them. You'll lose very little liquid egg whites if your eggs are good, and leave none behind in the water.
