It is savory, it has salt, it has protein, I eat mine with chili oil at the end because tradition is fine but it must evolve and is really one of the only hot items I would want. I will say if you have good chili oil eating the last third of it being spicy is really nice.

Sure it’s not apart of demon slayer but however it helps you definitely get flexibility, when I wasn’t doing yoga I wasn’t so flexible but when I did start it I am able to literally BEND (Hope this helps and jealous of the food you make!)

To tell you, I did the same exercises and I rest a few days so my muscles don’t tense up even me running or walking to the grocery store and carrying hand bags on my arm. I’m walking back home.. Make sure you do the exercise eat plenty of nice soft foods and drink a lot of water. It doesn’t matter if it’s ice or just make sure you get hydrated. Make sure you rest your body.

Thing is, that's kendo, Japanese fencing. What they do in demon slayer is kenjutsu, actuall fighting techniques. Big have different stances and footwork, especially footwork And before y'all get mad because i dont know what im talking about. I am a nikyu kendoka

If you don't join their kobudo, you'll learn directly from the 22nd headmaster. With English translation of course. I highly recommend looking into all different styles that there are and picking the one that you like the most
