Bulgarsk - Bulgarian Folk Song | Fusion-style Virtual Collab

This is a virtual collab done over email and Google Drive with two other ex-Bandhub members, organized through the Virtual Collaborations Facebook group. I'm from the USA, yodrums is from Canada, and Mich Much is from France. Subscribe to their channels!

First I transcribed out a lead sheet from an old recording, then laid down a base track. Yodrums recorded his drums and sent them to me, I started adding my parts, then received the guitar tracks from Mich Much. We also recorded video of us each playing our parts. Finished adding tracks, mixed it all in Cubase Elements 10, then compiled a video using our performance clips, the final audio mix, and iMovie.
The song is a traditional Bulgarian folk tune, called "Bulgarsk". It is in 7/8 time, at a tempo of 177bpm.

I'm sorry to hear that. It's not done with traditional instruments, so I understand. I play a lot of traditional music with the original instruments (accordion, flute) as well, I just haven't uploaded anything. There are also tempo issues here so it's not perfect.

It's not really supposed to be 100% authentic as it's in a different genre than the original song.
