@@Dr.Rakesh.B Sir I am a TY biotechnology student and I am so confused about my post-graduation. Can you please suggest to me some good options for my MSC also can you tell us about your qualifications.
I would suggest you to choose a broader subject area for your M.Sc since already you took biotechnology in UG i guess, you can't choose broader subjects like botany or zoology. So you can restrict your post graduation to either biotechnology or microbiology or biochemistry instead of narowwing down to specific areas like genetics etc. Broader the subject higher chances you get in future.
I completed B.Sc in CBZ, (chemistry botany and zoology) and did my M.Sc in botany (gold medal) 2019, and doing my PhD in plant biotechnology since 2019
Sir I am the student of diploma in civil engineering . Sir ,I wanted to learn all about tissue culture in practical.so sir please gave me a true path from where i learn tissue culture training
so good explanation. I mean we need teachers like you
Thank you. Means a lot
I was searching for something like these videos with such detailed explanations. Thanks sir your videos are so helpful
Happy its helping you :)

That is MS media with nutrients for its growth
What if we want to remove embryo from immature seeds
Embryo won't germinate. They might give rise to callus or something from the other cells. Its always advised to take matured seed

You can take engineering in Biotechnology if you want a degree. Or if you just want to learn techniques you can search web for any training workshops
Sir please tell me from where I got training ,and what's cost
I have no idea about it since im not from that industrial or business background
Sir can tissue culture is possible in home or not
Yes, possible. Initially you need training and get expertise in handling few instruments
