Finally you need to transfer to another pot where Banana leaves are placed with ghee applied(need not to turn on the stove during this process). Keep it closed for 20 to 30mins without flame! during this process the smell of banana leaf would have been beautifully blended with the mutton biryani!! eventually after 30mins the very tasty mutton biryani is ready to be served!
😮No ghee how could taste come... Ok ellarum byryani sayranga. No cashew.... Less quantity of puthyna and mally.... No lemon juice.. etc... This type of cooking like as Tomato rice thank you.. Ungaluku theryntha sairynga
How can you taste biryani by eyes? It takes atleast 3 senses to enjoy the flavour. Don't criticise the efforts. Life is so simple just like the dish. ❤
