Did you try all the other solutions listed in this video? Have you tried using another mouse? It's possible the mouse you have is not compatible with the NVR. Try using a different mouse and see if it works. If that doesn't resolve the issue, try updating the NVR to the latest firmware. And if it's still not working, maybe you have a faulty NVR - you can contact your local Uniview branch for a replacement.
@@xlrsecurity I have. It's the mouse that came with the unit so I would hope that it's compatible. When I plug it in, it doesn't even power on but when I plug it into my computer, it works fine.
