Dragon Ball Z is about a man named Goku that lives on earth and finds out he came from a different planet and doesn't know how powerful he is until villains from other planets come along.

You guys missheard what Cooler said. He said he was in his 3rd transformed state, meaning it was his final form, 4th form if the 1st one is included. So the ew form is his 5th form, a brand new one he was able to discover.

So basically the base form of Frieza's race is the small size, first transformation is when they grew big but nothing much changed, second form is when they look like a xenomorph and third is how Frieza look like in his final form
Coolers base form is Frieza final form, Frieza said in the show he was in the small form because he’s power is too much for him to control.
@@yifengtoh7529 ok you got it half correct the freiza race lower their powerlevel because their so gifted in genetics cooler 3rd form is his birth form and freiza”s would be his 4th the 1st and 2nd are like forms that just keep their powerlevel in check but unlike freiza cooler just stays in 3rd sence because he probably dont have a real 2nd or 3rd form because he said freiza was spoiled so their father much of taught frezia much more then cooler
@@MystVearn Freeza created his 1st 2nd and 3rd forms to control his power and his 4th form is his original form. It's never outright stated but its implied that King Cold cannot transform and that the form we see him in is his final and only form and that Freeza modelled his second form based on his father as a sign of respect. Cooler is implied to have a 1st 2nd and 3rd form though in this movie which means his 4th form is likely his base as well. Also it isn't Freeza's race that have gifted genetics for fighting and power its only Freeza's family since they are mutants iirc.
This is my favorite movie in the DBZ! The dialogue and music is so masterfully done.

The Ginyu Force are owned by Frieza's organization but they are essentially high-level assassins. They have no true rank. Cooler's guys are his own personal squadron, like Zarbon and Dodoria but better. They're inspired by the Ginyu Force, but essentially, since Cooler has a higher position and his men are stronger, they would outrank the Ginyus if rank even existed

Interesting enough the movie implies that similar to trunks timeline Goku teleports there and fights Frieza and king cold in this timeline
Cooler's squadron gotta be stronger then the ginyu force because Gohan fought 2nd n 3rd form Frieza n got zenkai boots then he fought final form frieza in the filler. Captain ginyu's power level is 120,000 max and he's the strongest of the Ginyu force n 2nd form Frieza is over a million who Gohan previously fought

I wish the blu-ray edition of the movie didn't mess up the audio so bad. The audio sync of all the music is off. Only way to see it how it was meant to be, is either the VHS or the uncut DVD versions.

For those who don’t know this is a non canon movie that takes place in an alternate timeline where Goku kills Frieza with the spirit bomb so he never transformed into ssj in that timeline until he fought cooler.

I know this movie isn't Canon but I always thought it was interesting how Cell's first imperfect form somewhat resembles Coola's 5th form.

Sadly, the timing and placement of the licensed music is off from the original FUNimation releases.
Because cooler is resemble as the shredder ninja turtles in the 1990s version.

@@theABTV_ In DBZ lore, Salza actually fought Captain Ginyu for the position of leader of Cooler's Armored Squadron, and is one of the few people who know his true form.
Also, Salza is from the same galaxy as Jeice, hence the similarities in their looks. Not the same planet though.

not this narrator. This is Kyle Hebert, the narrator from the cell arc to the end of DBZ, voice of Kiba from Naruto, and adult Gohan. Still alive. The old DBZ narrator died, but since you've been watching the remastered series, they recasted him with Kyle for all seasons.
This film takes place in a world where Goku's spirit bomb defeated frieza. That's why he transforms to a super saiyan for the first time in this movie.

@@elitesixstudios8203 no it's not. Only reason why Goku struggled with Super Saiyan here is because the Yardrat training didn't happen in the manga yet where he Mastered Super Saiyan when this movie released.

This movie is great but it’s actually non-canon. I remember someone commented that they thought that this movie was like an alternate timeline where goku killed freiza with the spirit bomb. This would would be goku’s first time transforming and this would be the timeline where trunks doesn’t warn them about the androids. I thought it was a cool theory to explain the weird details.

This takes place in another timeline from the manga but nothing ever said this is Goku's first time going Super Saiyan here or that Goku killed Frieza with spirit bomb.
So people don't seem to understand the timeliness of events in which this movoe takes place. This would. Take place like at most a week after the ordeal with frieza so goku hadn't figured out how to consciously use super saiyan yet it was still instinctual kinda like when he first started using ultra instinct it wasn't by choice his body just reacted to his emotional state. So when you say we'll why isn't he going super saiyan and why is he testing and not going all out it's not thay he isn't it's that he physically can't in that moment as he still requires a trigger as super saiyan is triggered by extreme rage. Him using kaioken and still getting bodied was him going all out if not for him snapping and cooler threatening innocent lives goku would've died here. No cap would been gg

The only movies that are canon and fit into the timeline are Bardock and Trunks.

The power levels in this movie make no sense, Cooler is actually stronger than Goku ( Cooler’s 5th Form has a power level of 470 Million vs Super Saiyan Goku at 150 to 250 Million ). This movie take place before the Androids show up and before Goku ascends. Coolers henchmen are weaker than Captain Ginyu ( 163,000 to 170,000 each ).
Those PLs are wrong, the movie scales differently than the Anime.
None of the movies make sense with the normal time line of episodes 1 thing to remember all the movies have to be from different time line . This must be a timeline where trunks did not kill frieza but a time line where Goku him self made instant transmission from middle of space to earth and killed him frieza him self Goku did mention that to trunks he could've been there In seconds the only movie that makes sense with normal episodes is movie 9 bojack because that one fits in perfectly with normal manga story . Think about movie 8 for instance makes no sense at all with the story unless if vegeta finished cell before cell making him self perfect imagine a scenario where vegeta killed cell and didn't let him absorb 18 . T hen movie 8 broly would make sense

I loved this film though my only issue is we got little time with Ssj Goku, it was like he got pushed to that point went Ssj and it was an insta win, I wanted a little more straight fighting between cooler and Ssj Goku other than that this movie was straight fire bro ❤
It's obvious Goku will win most of his fights because he's a protagonist meaning if he is gone for some reason there is another protagonist temporarily the entire show can't go on if there is no protagonist.
Play the whole movie too guys you'll show it then it goes away on important scene please show the entire movie or show the whole time not in and out picture show
These movies are not canon, that's why it doesn't make sense timeline wise.
O god, the dub music is horrible in the movies.
