    Do you struggle with meetings, their number and inefficiency?
    I know this problem inside and out. The most common issue we face about meeting are:
    * Meetings happen too often,
    * Meeting last too long,
    * Meetings do not solve the problems.
    Therefore, people keep setting up meetings further.
    Isn’t it a hamster wheel?
    In this episode I am going to share tips from my checklist on how to organize meetings efficiently and how to optimize the meetings organization process.
    We are going to discuss:
    - The common problems that happen during meetings planning, organization and execution,
    - I will share my 5 tips of how to organize meetings efficiently and what you need to pay attention to while planning a meeting,
    - We will touch base on things relevant to virtual meetings (like meetings on Zoom, Skype, Google Meet and so on);
    - We will discuss what to avoid while planning and executing a meeting;
    - I will tell you what you need to consider and pay special attention to while setting up an effective business meeting.

    Your tips are so important. I've sat in meetings that weren't very well run and the leaders weren't very collaborative. They were a drudgery with a man who was very egocentric. If others would ask questions to learn from others and figure out proactive solutions, meetings would be more productive. :) I like the book called Fix This Next by Mike Michalowicz. It's my current read.

    Yes too many meetings without any real solutions. When I run my meetings they are quick and to the point. It usually breaks down with stakeholders involved but we are making progress. Very good tips that I've made note of to further improve our meeting process.
