When sharing a taskboard with multiple people, is there a way to make it so they can only add to the taskboard and edit what they have actually added? I don't like that the entire group can accidentally mark any of the tasks on the shared board as complete. Is assigning permissions to the people in the group possible at all? Thank you.....
Can one colour code or differentiate in the google calendar the different task lists/boards? When I share a list with a person/s in google calendar in the free version it shows up as a normal task as if it were mine only when one toggles to the tasks bar and switches back and forth on the lists can one see that it comes from a different list.

Keep is not integrated with Calendar and Gmail in the same way. You can have labels and colors, which is nice. But labels are independent as they are in Taskboard. You can't add a keep note from an email. You can have a reminder in Keep, but you can't drag+drop from the RHS column in your calendar. A key killer feature for tasks would be to drag+drop to the "all day" at the top of a day in a weekly display and then when you are ready to time box you move it down to a time allocation below as an event with a start and finish time. Google has decided that it is not important yet, but it would help a ton.
Actually, there's a thing that I can't do in the desktop app and I can do in the phone app. It's to put a hour in the task, I don't Know why I can't in the desktop app. If I want to put hour in the task I need to move on the phone to put it.

Yes the tasks have reminders add them into you google calendar and syncs with your smart phone almost instantly. I use Keep notes for keeping checklists and links or pics etc... very useful but the workflow goes to Tasksboards as well as collaboration projects
I think they are different solutions and it depends on what you want. The Google Keep is very useful and is a mix of task management and note taking. I would suggest checking it out before making a decision on which suits your needs best. - Fintan
Hello! Thanks for the video. Whenever I click the Export to Google sheets, there's always a prompt saying it needs access to my drive but It already granted access from an email. Do you know a way to fix this? I already send a feedback with it being a bug.
I know this is an older video but hoping that someone can help me out. When a task is assigned to someone, is there a way for them to see all of their assignments (tasks) in one board? Seems redundant to assign a task AND be forced to move it to someone's assignment board manually. Any suggestions?
I don't think it is possible to do that unfortunately! Taskboard has really good customer service, I'd encourage you to contact them directly if you have any issues!
@@Damsoncloud Yes. I canceled my Taskboard and moved our company task management to Monday because of the severe limitations within Taskboard. It's good for some people but we require more automations and simple things like task notifications.
The app only need access to your Google Task which is good. As sometimes apps ask for a lot of access to your account. I would suggest reaching out to the company themselves though to get more information on their own security - Fintan

It would be useful if only I could sync separate lists to my calendar. In reality it's basically google tasks with the option to see your lists in boards... that's it...

No you can only share individual lists. We share all the lists within a specific board so that we all see the same thing. The sharing is a bit more complex than I would like but Taskboard are limited by the APIs that are made available by google for Tasks. - Fintan
Hello ! , while uploading I am unable to attach files and it is asking for sign in with google account and as soon as I click sign in button it says error 400 and does not respond and reports that it is malformed Pls tell how to resolve this issue🙏
@@Damsoncloud yeah I got it now thanks it was some browser issue which was preventing the access to drive even though I had signed in tasksboard with my drive account

Yes Arek that is how the other view works. You can switch between the two views and it lists them down under each other in horizontal view
