I love painting but the things i create are never ACTUALLY good, I’ve literally looked for so many tutorials it’s frustrating. But your channel was the first and only one so far that ACTUALLY helps me. I made all my own holiday cards thanks to you and this winter break I’m very much looking forward to painting using your tutorials. This video is my first painting of this winter break! Hi Chloe, same here, I had a lot of spinal surgery and during my recovery I received a present from hubby of a watercolour book which had a small starter pack of cheap paints & awful paper but back then I so enjoyed working thru the book, trying to pick up as much as I could along the way with the odd tutorials at local artists studio. And 23 years later I'm still learning all the time, I love Emma's videos, brilliant! Can't wait to try this on my Mum's Christmas card. Thank you. 🌺🤗💗
white flowers - it did not sound very appealing to me but I thought I might learn something so decided to watch and I was amazed at how beautiful these colors turned out to be. Plus you are really improving in your ability to depict the flowers in 3 D. So glad I watched!

I love the way you show leaves and petals peeking out from behind the anemones. I’m not sure I can pull off this painting as a very enthusiastic beginner but I think I’ll give it a shot!
A comment on paper I have been just using a cheap paper Many year’s ago a friend and I took some watercolor classes recently found some paper had bought by the sheet have no idea what it is but must be 100% cotton because I love the way it works just became believer fo good paper
