Good jacket for a ski instructor off duty? I already managed to put some small holes and a tear in my 2 pairs of Sabre pants.
The manakin behind the presenter with the yellow Alpha SV jacket, was the yellow really that hue in person or more of a highlighter-yellow similar to arcteryx’s the current “Pulse” colour for the alpha fl?
Watching others videos I think it will be similar like the Pulse, maybe less greeny.. Unfortunate because the color in the video appears spectacular.. Sadly it's only the wrong color correction

Zippers that don't ice up? Everything will ice up in bad conditions. I've been stuck in my pack & jacket many times with rime ice, ice fog, ice pellets, freezing rain. That said, it's a great jacket for outdoor use in cold &/or wet conditions.
Good point mate! At some point everything ices up. Then you simply need a wee 🔥 to defrost 😊
I love Arcteryx jackets and fleeces but the only issue I have with them is that you can’t roll the hoods away. I hate it when the hoods flaps about in the wind.
Roll the hood & tuck the hood or neck tension cord (depends on the jacket) into the jacket hang tab in the neck area; or you can just tighten all the hood tension cords & it will wrap around your neck.

Made only for Tall, skinny, lanky dude's. Seriously their sizing is nuts!! I'm 5"6 around 12.9st (M) is super tight (L) is made for an orangutan! At this price point, why don't you target other size people?
