Great Video, can you make a Video on the Chest fly exercise, i cant seem to figure this exercise out. It feels odd. More explanation on That exercise would be appreciated. Thanks
These recommended exercises are very effective. I like the exercises you picked and how you represented it. It's different from how other experts represent the ring info.
Funnily enough man, I have that exact Pull up bar and rings. I’ve been using the bar for a while along with powerlifting with my squat rack and bench at home. Slowly been upgrading my at home gym design. Unfortunately the weather has torn the roof off my shed and caused a lot of water damage but despite that I’ve bought rings to hang elsewhere and I’m trying to built overall stability strength gains with the rings focusing more on strengthening the less used stabilisation muscles, which should help me with my joint pain in my shoulders and back. Feel like the rings are such an amazing source for at home workouts that compete with the big gym company’s fancy machines. Love it.
I have only now realised that the brand is your channels own brand. Great pull up bar man. It’s started to get a little loose so I’m trying to find a wrench in attempt to tighten it up. It did arrive with two missing bolts but it’s still fully functional without them.
Rings are amazing for the chest
I recommend them they get rid of man boobs fast too

Your rings flies are not perfect
Shush there, this is just for example.
If I can't see the ground during your Bulgarians, I assume the worst. No reps.
