I just got rings the day before this video came out, what a blessing
how's it been??
@@771shadowolf After some time it has been pretty good actually, I feel comfortable when I train with the rings and I actually got use to them.
@@771shadowolfjust got mine today, i never expected dips to be soo hard😂 I think I might have set mine too far apart at moment tho as well
How its been ?
The first time I used rings, I looked exactly like in the intro 😂 Those regressions & holds were essential, can't skip steps!
First one here to notice you. Big fan, brother
Man did I feel like I could skip some stuff, I quickly found out bar dips are NOT the same as ring dips😂
I used them today for dips for the first time today. I looked exactly like the first scene of this video too 😅
@@luiscreateshahahah same here😂
Bro that was me today 😭😭😭

Ring push-ups are so good! Soo much more activation and pump than standard push-ups or parallette push-ups. They are difficult though!
Ring Support Holds will be a amazing starting
i agree with the training of rings. very good apparatus. 10/10.
Your voice is so soothing to listen too ❤
As always, quality content. Thanks Daniel
I love RINGS ❤❤❤ always a great video, you are one of the best. Thank you so much for all that you do
Ring Support Holds are great but what helps me the most are partial dips where you slightly bend the elbow and then lockout.
Very helpful, thanks 👌
Great advice!
Bro, your rig is goals.
Excellent video
Thanks!
Thank you for the beginner advice, I need all the help I can get lol
I love you and rings.
Hi. I have a question. Why are the elbows at 90 degrees outward so much on the ring push ups? Doesn't it put strain on the shoulders?
yes
Im looking for workout with rings 😂 and you just pop out , thanks for the advice
I just got rings and was struggling with ring dips so this is petfect
they are a great investment
This is hella dope
Literally me in opening clip
The shake😂😂
I thought Rings support hold should be with straight body not hollow body. I find hollow body way more comfortable and easier.😊 Thank you Daniel.
Tips for Beginners if you can't afford Rings:
-Take 1-2 Towels
-Attach it on a Bar
Here you go😊
Lock out aggravates my golfers elbow. Think that's where I got it in the first place years ago, and just can't get rid of it
Do weighted dips have carryover to ring dips?
How high to put the rings relative to your body?
Looks nice
Lol!!! The initial clip of you on the rings is so unsettling.
I cant i did 1 today 😂😂😂
Normally capable of doing 15 to 20 reps, now struggling to do more than 5 and holding for more than 30s 💀
None of the moves shown are for beginners. lol
I never use rings so I'm actually not struggling with them at all
"Made easy"?! Well, ring training is simple but far from easy! Be prepared to be humbled!
tf is a lockout
👌👍️🙏💪💓🇳🇵
Only gymnasts do😅
I fkin hate rings. Im a calesthenics guy but i will never use rings it looks like the most boring thing on earth. You dont need rings to get big
They are very costly
you can make it with ropes and some small rod, or with cheaper material than the wood ring
No they are not

they actually offer good value for money. 20 bucks for a piece of equipment that can train my whole upper boddy is 100% worth it.
exactly what I need for my rotator cuff injury healing. Rings.
