Well done on the certification. Getting a job with Salesforce themselves will be difficult and usually only after many years of experience. Your best path would be to search 'Salesforce Admin' jobs on the internet (LinkedIn, etc) or to find companies that use Salesforce near you and approach them for either finding out about vacancies OR if you're totally new to Salesforce work, offer some 'free' work for a month to prove you are an asset and to get some work experience? Best of luck.

Adam, I’m registered for a Salesforce boot camp mid January through mid February. Do you recommend the Salesforce Challenge in addition to that or would it be redundant?

Hi Martin, I think anything to get more practise, experience and information is worthwhile. Don't kill yourself doing too much, but most of that 5 day challenge would be covered in the bootcamp. Up to you. The good thing with the 'challenge' is that it's broken into small things each day for 5 days, so is easy to accomplish and will set you on a higher rung come mid-Jan.
Hope you enjoy. Let me know how you get on.
      Regards,
      Adam
