You seem to imply every agent that is not genzone is shady, but this is far from the case. There are many good agents in Dubai who are not "shady".

So if it’s an interior design and staging business does it require a free zone or mainland setup please??

Does the same rules apply to a holding company?
For example if I set up a holding company in Dubai that owns a majority shareholding in another company which is based in and operates in my home country.

Holding companies are just regular companies. However any company that is only a holding company has some extra reporting requirements (ESR reporting). For specific information you should book a call

I'm interesting in Abu Dhabi, les crowded. Is it pretty much the same requirements to live there?

Yeah Abu Dhabi is an underrated option, same requirements, same tax benefits etc. Many people prefer to live there.

less traffic, slower pace of life and without the barrage of glitz and glam everywhere. Some may prefer that vibe compared to Dubai.

Hey Tuomas, great video dude!! i appreciate the time and effort you put to reduce these
im from the uk and thinking about dubai but i also love the uk and dont want to move but dubai offers good tax incentives,
is it a case where i could do 6 months in the uk, maybe a month in dubai and then rest of months other places?

Hey dude you need to break residence in the UK if you don't want to get caught by the UK tax regime. That requires staying out of the UK for most of the tax year with limited time back. Thereafter think about where you want to be tax resident by satisfying that country's conditions.

@@vatcentric thanks buddy!! How long can i stay in the UK for is it 6 months? Im thinkinng about 6 months in uk (180 days) few months bali, few months brazil and then spain (still want most my time in uk)

@@Bakesonline This isn't tax advice but it would depend on various tests. How connected you are to UK ( do you have property, family etc ?). 6 months is likely to still make you UK tax resident. The weaker your ties are the more you days you can afford to be in the UK. The stronger it is the more days you need to spend away from UK.
