    I find it absolutely incredible that you don’t have thousands of subscribers. Clear, concise, to the point and without any performance- great stuff.

      That means a lot to me, thank you so much for the feedback! There should be new video up by the end of the month. I'm just going through the editing process now :)

      @@dannyvalz good to hear! I’m a console player that’s moving to a gaming laptop very soon so this extremely useful info. Going from streaming on console with zero functionality to PC streaming is a huge leap so I’ll be going through and bookmarking all your how-to videos. Cheers.

    Hey Danny, just wanted to let you know this is the first of your videos I've seen and it won't be the last. I appreciated your upbeat take on streaming. I'm getting ready to launch and doing the research I can in advance. I wish you nothing but the best and look forward to more of your content. Awesome job!

    Really found this helpful! Wish I had seen it before I started! I did get a good mic (blue yeti) but still working on conquering all the tech stuff. lol

      Thank you so much!
      The Yeti was my first "proper" mic before moving over to the Rode PodMic, and it's definitely a solid choice :)

    I really appreciate this. I'm choosing OBS cus I heard Streamlabs does some shady business.

    • @dannyvalz
      @dannyvalz  ปีที่แล้ว

      There have definitely been some less-than-professional choices from Streamlabs in the past! Regardless of the company though, I think that OBS is just a better bit of software. It's open-source, extendable, and less demanding on your hardware.

    I didn't do any of this, besides the mic (which was a bad one at that) but I didn't know what I didn't know and I had to learn a lot fast. All good points to start with though.

      Thanks so much for that comment! The next few uploads will be OBS setup guides, then going into depth about how to really expand the interactivity of your stream :)
      What platform are you streaming on? I'm a Twitch man myself, but Kick looks really interesting

      @@dannyvalz I was so nervous at the start but quickly relaxed and ended up having so much fun. Its so much better than recording yourself with no audience, much easier to communicate with a real audience.

    • @dannyvalz
      @dannyvalz  ปีที่แล้ว

      I appreciate the feedback, thank you. So many TH-cam videos are shouty, in-your-face "HEY, WHAT'S UP GUYS" style, so volume is one of the things I was conscious of when putting the video together. I'll be sure to bump it up a bit for future recordings :)

      @@dannyvalz i errored in my comment. i had puter problems, and had re install an old cloned windows 10. which changed my selection for my speakers. and u were good. when i make videos. my audio is set with a limiter 1st at 26, that stops people from hearing me making loud sounds. and my audio is bouncing into the yellow. i do this so people that watch yt thru their tv. they can hear me 12 feet away. 🤪 sorry to reply late. had to again install the clone drive. 🤨
