In such a situation, when you are fighting with your back to the wall and trying to defend your own home and save your family from being evicted, consider adopting Gandhian Satyagraha. To reach the hearts and minds of your fellow society members, your own neighbors, embarking on an indefinite fast may prove fruitful. Launching a hunger-strike or fast-unto-death can help to compel your society members to listen to you with an open mind.

    This is one good option but not exactly politics.
    Politics is effective but it is a long drawn, complex and dirty process. You need to be really resourceful, socially active, merciless and manipulative in a constructive way. At times politics actually begins after you have lost or won.
    Even if the redevelopment decision is unjustified or forceful, you must never fight head first. Majority of the residents will never support you. Soon your family too will give up.
    Recall who all helped Rama to defeat Ravana and how. That's all I have to say...

    Namaskar Sir 🙏 We have won the case RERA. After 10 years of fighting, I got Rs. 51.50 Lac RC against builder but it is not enough the rate of that location ( Greater noida) is around 70 lac. Builder is happy to return this amount. The builder also gave us a position letter but it is not according to my BBA. They are demanding extra money. They are afraid us to accept this otherwise they will execute this RC. What to do in this case? 🙏

    Needed your help on a query/concern tried calling you but seems you are busy its ok. My query was being an owner in a society which has open parking, but we have a commercial vehicle(auto rickshaw) wherein the society committee doesn't allow us parking the vehicle inside the society premises & says commercial vehicles are not allowed inside society, since being an Owner what are our rights & how we can fight for our parking as we have only this vehicle nor other private 2 or 4 wheelers still we are being not allowed to park. Is there any solution to this concen. Appreciate your help.. thanks.

    Hii sir , the builder made 2 registration against our flat ..now he is saying he will make another flat registration in diffrent foor for us .. but I think he constantly delayit the process...please let me know what should I do in this situation

    Sir, our society of 2 floors in Kalyan has 60 flats. Builder is promising 30% extra but the bank deposit is only 1 Cr. Most people have agreed as they are not aware about the risks. what should be the bank deposits?

      Take in rupees the total amount of money equal to the value of carpet(your present flat +30% offerred) & purchase new one somewhere else.This is market value.

      State assembly has this data since a minister has acknowledged & put it in assembly proceedings.Need to file RTI to obtain the data.
