    Suddenly there is surge in rents due to redevelopment, also I have seen demolished buildings, which are stalled for reasons like sudden change in rules by airport height restrictions, home owners are crying, builders have sold flats to new buyers they are also crying, only best way is do self redevelopment, also if you come to know your building is going for redevelopment, just sell it, let greedy fools buy your house, finally they will cry

    Sir, society themselves can do redevelopment. Maharashtra Government has given the permission. there is one society JIn Prem in charkop, they themselves had done the redevelopment. I guess they are also giving training to the other society members how to do redevelopment by on their own. This I read in the newspaper. Correct me if I am wrong

      When I explain to you how slippery a floor is, the message is: DON'T STEP ON THAT FLOOR, or you might fall down and hurt yourself. So, don't get into redevelopment. Stay away from redevelopment unless it is absolutely unavoidable.

      So, remedies are a separate discussion. First understand the disease, then we will discuss the cure.

      Cure is with Lawmakers, who people vote for. Get this on Political party agenda first then get a law passed.
      It's far fetched since political party is funded by builders

    Government is responsible because they want to earn the revenue in form of taxes property tax stamp duties etc etc but doesn't want to give any protection to common man second by floating redevelopment rules like 33 (11) the government is giving responsibility of slum dwellers on builders and people living in housing society mean saap bhi mar gaya aur laathi bhi nahi tute
