Sir, society themselves can do redevelopment. Maharashtra Government has given the permission. there is one society JIn Prem in charkop, they themselves had done the redevelopment. I guess they are also giving training to the other society members how to do redevelopment by on their own. This I read in the newspaper. Correct me if I am wrong
