I do believe that there are genuine excerpts from Dr Joe's teachings, I really am sure I recognise his voice and enunciations of certain words with his NY accent. I also realise that his talks have been programmed to be copied by AI and it's getting better at imitating his voice. So it's a mix of his genuine talks merged with sentences that he has said but voiced by AI. Happy New Year!

Some will need medication and support to overcome anxiety and depression and I think your statement is a great reminder for those who may not have been successful in the past with this method. Research backs the content in this video, but it’s not easy to do when you’re already struggling, especially without medical intervention and support. Your post is a great reminder to not feel guilt if we need a different plan. Sending thoughts of relief to anyone struggling.

He's inviting folks to observe the thinking, feeling, and sensory patterns during those states thereby not fueling them further. When you observe them you no longer are 'in' them. You interrupt the cycle. Is it easy, no! He says it's hard to do. Then you begin to imagine your future, without these states, and, despite them.

It's the same thing as "thinking it (or training it) away. imho. If it helps others to "think" they can change, it's all good.

What about People with ocd?? ocd People have intrusive thoughts thay cant GO away just because they are intrusive. If they feel and see a terrible thing, it will happen?? How MR Joe Dispenza sugest that a depressed person can fel gratitudine and hapinesse?? It s absurd, we need an Answer. These people also deserve a solution
