Both are definitely a must watch, with 28 Days being one of the best post-apocalyptic movies ever made showing the true depravity of man once all law and order is gone, and 28 Weeks later being an awesome "Shit hit the fan really fucking quick and really fucking hard" movie, showing how fast the government can lose control and what they're willing to do to keep a world ending infection contained. Both are definitely some of the best movies ever made IMO, and you should give them a watch.
